I ordered a Dyson air purified from esdorado.com payed extra money for the shipping and in the 2 weeks it didn’t come,they didn’t send me the tracking number , I contacted them and they told me it’s out of stock. I did a cancellation the next day, they approved that and still waiting for the refund for 2 months, but they told me it should only be 2 weeks, they don’t want to refund and text me all the time to be patient. They tried to pass that time when you can apply for the fraud team

Of course it’s took me longer to get money back, because the esdorado sent fake form for delivery to the my bank with some random signature, and took me 6 months to get money back.

I will not recommend this store to my worst enemy. I have not received my order since August 2021. I terminated my contract and the money was not returned to me for more than six months. Do not place orders here, because you will be deceived.
I received an answer in the form of empty talk on 21.04.2022 "There is currently a delay with the refunds, as we informed you. They take longer than usual.
We will keep you updated about it. "They just always lie.

Due to China supply issues with chips for phone the phone I picked for Christmas was not available.
Esdorado agreed to allow me pick a different phone but failing this they offered me a full refund
The Refund did take a long time to be processed but the money was refunded in full to me today 20th of April 2022.

This company have failed to refund my xbox series x payment after a year of emails. They are criminals and keep lying saying if I remove my negative comments I will receive a quick refund. Please don't give these criminals your hard earned money. I only wish there was a way to close this company down and get my money back.

Wrote a review a few days ago, It has now been 17 working days waiting for this illusive refund for a Mobile phone purchase that was never going to come. I have sent them my IBAN, BIC, account number, sort code...everything. There is no chance whatsoever of them not being able to put in if they actually intended too...

I have a order from March 12th, that I have not received or can't find if is shipped or not

After months of requesting a refund and constantly getting told there is a delay with the refund. I have instructed my credit card company to get the money back and Esdorado are also fighting this now too. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

This is my second review, trustpilot removed my last one for breaching Trustpilot’s Guidelines for Reviewers, which after reading the others below is hard to belive as mine was quite reasonable in comparison!

Also all the positive reviewers seem to only have one review each and are often repeating the same text. I would like to know how these ones are still on trustpilot when mine was deleted?

I canceled my order with them on the 17th of December, this is now 105 working days, and now they are wanting me delete my review to "process it fast"!

Tried to buy Apple AirPods Max. The website said they were in stock. After weeks of waiting, I asked for a refund as it was clear they didn’t have the stock. They agreed and said refunds take 14 days before they even process them. Obviously there’s no reason for this wait, other than to put people off asking for refunds, and to financially punish those who do. 3 weeks later I hadn’t received the refund, I chased, and eventually had to get the money back from my Credit Card company instead. Avoid these scammers.

I let them know that I’ve posted their email into my review. They emailed again

Ordered a switch game for the kids for Christmas that said it was in stock was told they didn't actually have it in the warehouse I would have to wait or pick something else so I asked for a refund was told it would take 2 weeks for this I said that's all fine then nothing they just keep saying the same thing over and over they are obviously a SCAM website DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING! even the fake reviews on here are ridiculously stupid I'm lucky it was just a game and not something mega expensive I know now that I won't see my money returned I'm just here to warn potential buyers of their business practices or lack there of

I purchased a One Plus 8 pro, order AUNSYVKMU, from Esdorado on the 19/02/2022. The phone didn't arrive in the 7 days stated on the website. I was told via email that it was actually 15 working days for delivery. I waited patiently for the 15 days and still my account was at payment accepted to the sum of €620. I emailed multiple times since to see what was causing the continued delay. I was told repeatedly to wait whilst the warehouse was contacted. My emails are now being ignored and the phone number cuts off after being on hold for 5 minutes. If I could give zero stars, I would. Esdorado is a scam company that takes your money with no intention of delivering your order. I have no idea how they are not held accountable by a third party organization as the website is illegal and needs to be shut down. I know that Borja at customer care will request I delete this review and attempt to blackmail me by holding my product ransom. Borja, at this point I highly doubt you have my product or any other products advertised on Esdorado. You prey on unsuspecting individuals. Rest assured I will do everything in my power to recover my money. If in the highly unlikely scenario, I do receive my order, I will retract this review. In the meantime I urge everyone to PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF ESDORADO.COM

Update: You replied to my emails with the same excuses, wait whilst I contact the warehouse. This is going on for a week now. How long does it take to phone them for an update on my order? Unless of course there isn't a warehouse and you're just hoping I stop emailing you.

Update 6th April:
My order is being delivered by FedEx and has landed in Dublin, Ireland. I'm expecting it to arrive by 8th April. Fingers crossed it's the correct order and in new condition.

Update:
After waiting almost 7 weeks, I finally received my order today. I'm so relieved. I have updated my star rating to a generous 4 stars considering the undue anxiety and worry the delay caused me.

Customer service is terrible. I have had an extremely hard time trying to get in touch with this company. I often received emails stating they were too busy and that I should email back next week. My first 2 emails I sent were completely ignored because they were too busy.

After leaving negative reviews on here, I was contacted by the company telling me to remove the negative review as it isn't necessary. They then provided me with my tracking number.

I will continue with this review when/if I receive my parcel on the date I have been given.

Bought a Switch Lite on the 23rd of January.

After waiting 3 weeks, I emailed them and asked if it had been dispatched.
Their reply:

Needless to say, I am NOT impressed.

Further communication with this "company" just proves how untrustworthy they are. The negative reviews on this site echo my own experiences. The "company" has obviously been reporting the honest but negative reviews as fake. This is an underhanded technique.

UPDATE 12th April 2022
Item never arrived. They did not provide any official tracking information with whatever courier they supposedly used, just their own "tracking information" which is basically just their word. I had to open a case with Barclays who kindly refunded me whilst they looked into it. Today I received a letter from my bank telling me that this company tried to take money from my account again. Barclays refused this and have informed this company's bank.

What a conn I ordered a phone in july2021 and never received it and have heard all the excuses under the sun for the refund he must be skint because he cant pay it definitely a sharleton glyn Evan's luton uk

TV quality is also very good! I'm sorry I didn't go gold sooner on my recent project.

Well I feel left out that esdorado.com haven't asked me to take my very truthful review down or returned my cash 🤬 😤

In November 2020 I ordered a ps5, this Item was in pre order, and shown as "in stock", it was supposed to be delivered before Xmas, it wasn't, I was told it wasn't in stock, I have emails and screenshots to prove it was, they took the payment, I asked for a refund..
In Feb I was still waiting and this company were advertising they had PS5s in stock, I emailed to see where mine was , the reply was I could purchase one but at a higher price ! There were no PS5s available.. the world knows this !
So I asked for a refund, I'm still waiting, after constant emails of asking where my refund is all I get is, " it will come" it takes time" we are on holiday" I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER YEAR FOR A REFUND FOR AN ITEM YOU FAULSY SOLD ! YOU ARE THIEVES!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK .
I HAVE ALL EMAILS TO PROVE THIS .

AND STILL I AM WAITING, THIS WEEK MARKS 2 YEARS SINCE THEY SOLD ME A PRODUCT THAT WASNT IN STOCK AND WOULD NEVER BE. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

this company is a complete scam. they never sent out my item and won't refund my order. When pressed they say that the refund is "coming soon". I have been trying to get a refund for nearly 3 months now. Avoid this company at all costs.

Within the hour esdorado sent me the following message referencing this review with the following

Disgusted by their attempt to try and manipulate me into deleting my review by blatantly stating that they will with hold my refund money if I don't delete my review on here.
