The campervan almost drives itself. Very easy experience both with Hobart office and even more at drop off in Brisbane Freddy was nice and helpful, also gave me informations for my future time in QL. Really enjoyed the experience overall.

Very friendly staff and very attentive to any questions about the motorhomes we rented. We rented the 2 berth gocheap motorhome, it’s kept clean and well maintained, the kitchen tools are more than enough. We really had a pleasant experience with this company!

We had a great trip up to Exmouth and back with all of the necessities included for our journey. Picking up and dropping off the camper was made easy and efficient and the staff were very helpful!

Van was well appointed and easy to use. Late model van so great to drive and live in.

It was our first time in caravan and it was fabulous experience and the facilities were best we enjoyed the trip and will be coming back for sure next time

I had an amazing experience! The staff was extremely helpful and my campervan was perfect!

We had a good experience and great adventure, we’re also very comfortable in the car, but the only problem is that sometimes when we found a place the park and camp, there might happen a power outage. But it was a fun trip, thank you.

The van was very reliable and the company gave us a free upgrade which was great. The booking procedure was super easy.

Upon arriving at our first campsite, after only 2.5 hours of driving on paved roads and without any incidents, we discovered a leak in one of the tire valves. In addition, all of the tires were underinflated. After contacting customer service, we were instructed to drive to the nearest garage, which cost us an entire day of our trip as well as additional fuel expenses. The garage informed us that the tire was in very poor condition. Cruisin continues to deny this. We did not receive any compensation for the lost travel day or the fuel costs.

We then discovered that the refrigerator did not work while driving. We were mainly given manuals and spent a lot of time on phone calls trying to troubleshoot the issue ourselves. However, we were unable to fix it, which resulted in a great deal of wasted time and inconvenience. We also had to throw away a significant amount of food.

Eventually, the motorhome was replaced, which meant we had to completely unload and reload all of our belongings (with three children aged 1, 6, and 8). We were told that the replacement vehicle would be delivered between 7 and 8 p.m., but it did not arrive until 9 p.m. By that time, the children had fallen asleep on benches outside.

Unfortunately, the replacement motorhome also had problems: the water supply hose kept disconnecting, and several cabinets would either not close properly or could no longer be opened. These issues were dismissed upon delivery as being insignificant.

In the end, we received only $200 in compensation, an insignificant amount considering we rented the motorhome for six weeks. Extremely poor service. Book with a different company.

Booking process was easy, price competitive. Good selection of vehicles. Able to check in prior to collection was a great idea. Staff very friendly and competent.

Vehicle was spotless when collected. Bedding, towels etc good quality. Sharp knives! Relatively new van, drove beautifully with no issues.

A couple of points - no pan lids, a pair of scissors would be good and a basic French press.

Definitely recommend hiring the van. And definitely take the advice of don't drive between dusk and dawn!

Would like to say we had an awesome experience from customer service (Ish is a legend and deserves a pay rise 😉) through to the drivability of the motorhome and the features. Was a bloody awesome experience, thamks Cruisin, we recommend highly.
