Cruisin Motorhomes - Sydney Reviews 

To start off with - what a wonderful product Crusin offers. We rented the 2 berth Sandpiper.

From the beginning the customer service was great, no waiting on hold and prompt to answer any emails and the rest(something we truly struggled with from other operators, some of which are yet to even reply to my initial enquiry).

The few shortfalls were seemingly as result of missed post rental checks, having run a rental fleet in the past I know these things can happen and it’s really all about sticking to a pre/post rental check list. The most glaring issues were the adaptive cruise control was inoperative the whole trip, “temporarily blinded” per the display, I tried to clean it but no luck, guessing it needs ADAS calibration. The second one was the shower drain was completely blocked, fixed with a plunger but obviously that’s not something we should have to be doing.

Having said all that, the product itself was great, it worked well and was super easy to set up, a new holiday adventure we’ll be sure to go on again, what we thought was daunting to begin with was totally doable. And for those worried about the toilet cassette? Actually super easy to clean out and maintain throughout our shorter journey, we’d have no issues doing this in the future and we very much plan to do another trip again soon with just a bit more time on our hands.

On drop off staff were friendly and took on my feedback with grace, it was a very straightforward check in and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience throughout. If there was anything I would change I would love to see a small location north of the bridge, just because it’s at least an hour just to pick up, but given the lack of options north of the bridge this could be an ace up the sleeve for development.

Sadil, Cruisin Motorhomes Manager was amazing, friendly, very professional and informative with all the information about our Sandpiper 2 campervan. It was the perfect vehicle.......a home away from home. easy, comfortable and fun to drive. We wanted to be out with nature and be able to open the back doors and look over a beach out to the Pacific and watch the sunrises. Our dreams came true and it was a bucket list fulfilled.
