Everything about the RV hire experience was fantastic from the team who helped me book when I couldn’t find one in the location I was looking for to the lovely person at pick up and drop off who gave me the confidence I needed to drive from Melbourne to Ipswich on my own. If I can do it anyone can. It was an amazing journey made all the better by cruisin and their beautiful RV that had everything I needed and was easy to drive and operate

Beware Hirer. Pickup was fine. We are an elderly couple who planned to take 4 grandchildren away on our trip of a lifetime. They said the van had been checked in between usage. Wasn’t the case. Draws broken, hose had green sludge in it, shower door fell off, drivers arm rest loose, belts were so big couldnt use them (they denied this). 2 kids were illegally seated because of it. drivers door had been previously damaged and jammed aprox 8inch open so couldn’t use thru out trip. (They denied this) can only assume they jimmied it to work for our pick up but it didn’t last. They said they would meet us to repair. Didn’t happen. thank god we took pics prior to leaving showing the door damage which we had to email them when they wanted an explanation for the damage. To top it off they took money from our credit card for other customers tolls. Only got it back when I refused to let it go. When we complained formally and demanded our trip money back for the trauma experienced etc. they didn’t address any of our issues. They did refund $500 as a good gesture when the total trip was 4K plus.
Hirer beware. Take pics of everything, check everything is working and take out the extra insurance because this is what they fall back on when not doing their job properly.
Cruisin Campers I have tried to be as factual as I can in this feedback without giving every detail. I’m sure you could get a lot of points to improve on from this. Pls note We will never use you again. I hope our feedback provides viewers wth some honest info they can learn from.

Great people to deal with , lovely motorhome

Vehicle well kitted out with everything we needed for a long weekend away. Super easy to drive and set up. Very easy company to deal with. Will book again

The Campervan is in a good condition (although it is a little older🤓) and well equipped. Pickup and dropoff are easy and quick. Very friendly staff.

We loved our time in the 6berth motor home. It was very comfortable for 4 of us & great that everything is provided. We will definitely plan another road trip soon! 😊

The pick and drop off was smooth. Excellent staff make it very easy and they send you a video beforehand so you know how everything works with no confusion.
The camper was in great condition and had no problems at all. It was also clean and tidy with fresh bedding and towels provided !

Great experience over all. Friendly, helpful and patient staff in Melbourne when we had some creditcard hassle. Campervan was exactly what we hoped for, we had a great time. Will book here in the future for sure.

We had to travel
Interstate for my sisters funeral… we drove 6000km and had not one issue with the vehicle. I would like to make special mention of Terry-Anne your receptionist in Tullamarine. She was very professional, friendly and in my opinion, an absolute asset to your company. Everything was explained with courtesy and confidence. A wonderful experience for me

Additionally we travelled with 3 kids. This company is almost the only company who is offering such service! Great!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, Motorhome drove very well, auto gearbox was a plus on twisty and steep roads. The accomodation and facilities were good, everything we needed was provided. Price was a bit steep, hence 4 stars, but we all enjoyed the experience.

We hired a Sandpiper 2 berth for 5 days and it was perfect. Plenty of room for the two of us, everything we needed was provided and Cruisin made it so easy with getting to know the vehicle, the indepth manual and the great staff. Thank you

Comfortable van. Reliable mechanically. Great documentation to assist with setting up etc. Road side assist and full insurance. Nil issues.

The staff took the time to run us through the mechanics of the vehicle. We rented the Sandpiper 2 Berth for a long weekend. We loved the size of the motorhome, it was easy to handle, it had satellite navigation, lots of storage, and was in excellent condition.

From start to finish a great experience.The young lady at the office was fantastic,the van was great and the whole trip was amazing.Thanks cruisn motorhomes 👍
