Had a sebaceous cyst removed at City Dermatolgy Cinic. Great overall experience from the ease of online booking, to making changes to the time slot over the phone, to reminders via messages, to the quick and efficient procedure on the day. Dr Paul was thorough with explanations at each step of the procedure and reassuring. Jess and Kay as support team were great.

Smooth, quick lipoma removal
I had a lipoma removed from my right shoulder a week ago. The procedure was swift and smooth, and my doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions beforehand. I am so glad I chose them and highly recommend their care!

BEWARE OF SCAM
BEWARE OF SCAM! They charge $100 (GBP) for a “consult” which is required for a 30min skin tag removal, and then an additional $200 (GBP) for the very short procedure. $300 (GBP) for 30min, which they do not disclose anywhere. They do not say it’s required on website, nor did they mention when booked on phone. The doctor said “she doesn’t deal with the pricing or payments”, then when I requested to have the skin tag removed without the “consultation” she argued the consult was required and refused to operate. What a waste of time and misleading business practice. Should not be legal for medical “professionals” to operate like this.

We take transparency very seriously, which is why our consultation fee is clearly stated throughout our website prior to booking. As with any medical procedure, a consultation is required so that the clinician can assess the lesion, confirm it is suitable for treatment, discuss the procedure, answer any questions, and obtain informed consent before any treatment is carried out. This is a standard part of safe medical practice and cannot be omitted.
Although you chose not to proceed with treatment, you were not charged any fees for your visit.

Positive experience from start to finish
A positive experience from start to finish. I'm so glad I took the decision to have my treatment and go with this clinic.
I had faith in Dr Axel from the moment I met him, and sure enough the treatment was painless and expertly executed. From the moment I walked in, to when I settled my bill, it took 30 minutes. Thanks too to Kay on reception and Cat for handling the logistics. Wouldn't hesistate to recomend this clinic. Run with professionalism and high integrity.

Skin screening & checks
I saw Dr Anton (dermatology), Dr Natiya (minor surgery) and was so happy with both. Between being very fair and having skin cancer in the family, I take skin health very seriously, would absolutely return to City Dermatology and would recommend. Cat in reception was great also. Very professional and good communication.

Totally professional operation
Totally professional operation. From the moment you walk in the care is excellent and charming.. The dermatologist Dr Julia removed several lesions perfectly and they healed very quickly. I will now use this company for all of my dermatological situations.
