I preordered the P1harmony ‘KILLIN’ IT album on the 1st of February and received it on the 30th of March. Preordering albums usually takes about 4 weeks after the albums comes out for the order to be shipped but there was a delay with shipment ( i was told that after emailing them) which is completely understandable. When i emailed them about an update on my order they explained the situation and as an apology they gave me 10% off my next order ( which i loved :) ). When I received the album it was in completely perfect condition and even came with cute unofficial photocards of Yunjin (le sserafim) and Beomgyu ( txt). Overall I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I recently pre-ordered an album from Chuchucherry and recommend them to everyone. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. My pre-order arrived in perfect condition with the additional pre-order bonuses. I've already placed another pre-order based on this experience.

Everything was perfectly packaged and arrived very quickly! It was nice to come back here again and have a pleasant experience :)

Magazine arrived in mint condition and in timeline expected. Only suggestion I would make is that Chuchucherry might consider offering courier delivery as well, as many Royal Mail postal deliveries across the UK are currently very unreliable.

Lack of communication/updates on order. Contacted about cancelling an order but had to follow up + eventual reply over a month later. Eventually did receive order and packaged safely.
