waited 1 month for a preorder with weverse benefits(which is understandable due to korea shipping), ended up getting the wrong album version(not understandable after the wait!) can't even exchange because it's out of stock and limited but would like a refund honestly. However, great pulls!

I was very happy with the customer service, but I only found out about this because it took me very long to receive my package. However, the package came in great condition, and I got a cool little card and a postcard-ish thing with who I think Wumuti was on. Very happy with my purchase!

My first time shopping with chuchucherry and it was absolutely wonderful! The website is so easy to navigate and it's nice to find a store that actually stocks a great range of TXT merch at such a great price. Because it was a pre-order item, shipping did take a little longer than expected but all of the questions that I asked were answered promptly so I knew I had nothing to worry about. And the albums arrived in perfect condition.
It really was such a lovely shopping experience so I just had to pre-order the txt season greetings! I don't think I will be buying my TXT merch from anywhere else!

Chuchucherry is an amazing kpop shop! They have an amazing selection on their site and being a txt fan I am so happy that their txt collection is out of this world! I have ordered regularly from them over the past year and it’s been fabulous. They have great communication, always wrap really well and I have received some gorgeous and thoughtful freebies as a thank you. They are clearly kpop stans as well and I think that’s reflected in the care and attention they give to their customers. Cannot recommend them highly enough! 10/10!

No updates, had to follow-up. Took a while before the order was even sent. Had to email and send a message on Instagram. Response took a day or two as well.

chuchucherry has been my go to for albums since i ordered txt's blue hour and pulled soobin r (literally consider them my lucky charm)😭😭 this most recent order of mine happened to be the 5000th placed so i was gifted a free beomgyu panic album, and when i tell you i was THE MOST excited and grateful🤭💘 beomgyu is my ult/part of the reason i love kpop the way that i do, and i had been wanting his solo album since its release, so getting it by surprise like that was beyond lovely!!! 😙🫶 overall i cannot recommend them enough, every time i reach out via email the team is always kind, and of course my orders always arrive on time and safely packaged<3 future customer for always, my fav kpop shop
