Was easy to order and pay for merchandise online. I used to visit the shop once or twice a year, but unfortunately can not get there at the moment, so online ordering was brilliant.

The album was super cheap only costing 15 pounds and 4.50 for delivery and arrived nicely with lots of bubble wrap too keep it safe

Bought a few photo cards for my k pop obsessed stepdaughter as a little Christmas extra, wasn’t 100% sure what to expect but I’m so impressed with the care that was taken to send out these cards, all placed in plastic covers and kept safe together in a box, made my life so much easier also when it comes to wrapping it all for Christmas!

Our experience is perfect every time. You do not disappoint. My daughter loves all of the products and your customer service is spot on. Very happy x

Myself and my daughter queued up to go to KStars. The queue was fast moving, and the staff were excellent at keeping everyone updated.

Shopping in K Stars was a fantastic experience ( especially with my over excited daughter!)

The staff were very helpful and the merchandise was well laid out. The shop was also clean and tidy.

The company has a great selection of Kpop items. The website is easy to navigate. The order was placed and received quickly and the items were very securely wrapped and boxed.

Only place in the UK that still stocked the product that I wanted. Arrived on time in perfect condition couldn't ask for more

After preorder date the shipment came quick

It was absolutely great. I got the mystery album for £12 and the albums I got I looked up and they were quite expensive at least from where i am from.
