Whenever I’m looking for something or wanting to pre order they’re the first place I look. My items always arrive quickly, and safely packaged with the sweetest hand written note and freebies! Any time I’ve contacted them they’ve been so lovely and easy to speak with as well. I ordered a Chuu European lucky draw album through bbangya! There were delays on the Korean side but bbangya kept me fully informed throughout and once they received the album it was with me within days! The album arrived packaged safely (and cutely) and the lucky draw card was sleeved in a toploader. I am confident with the communication bbangya provided and would absolutely order from them again, happy to have a local kpop seller that's so reliable <3 thanks :)

My order was delayed for reasons outside their control, but the girls kept me informed and were lovely to deal with. The delivery I received was lovely, it included a note and some lovely stickers. I will definitely order from them again.

BBANGYA have been fantastic. I was able to order some items I couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK. Unfortunately there was a delay with my order which was not BBANGYA’s fault. Their customer service was excellent and my items finally arrived beautifully packaged and with some extra treats.
