Excellent service as always! There was an issue on DPDs end and when I asked Choppa Vapes about the issue they responded to my question quickly and kept me well informed as to what was going on, even going as far as to offer some extras for free on my next order! Will definitely be coming back!

First time using choppa vapes and I must say I'm impressed. Ordered around 11pm on the thursday night received it 9am Saturday morning. Very reasonable prices and good customer service 👍. This is now my go to store for my vaping products from now on.

Must be the unluckiest person ever
Had a lot of issues with my order in terms of when I ordered it, it didn't process on time, made contact with them and as an apology they resent it by DPD next day, but not choppa vapes fault DPD forgot to scan it, made contact again and they resent it by royal mail guarantee by 1pm but royal mail lost it, made contact again and they sent it again royal mail which arrived the next day, everything arrived in perfect condition and good quality and in my opinion better than more expensive and top brands, the apple actually tasted of apple which was a surprise as they are normally hit and miss, special thankyou to Umar who sorted everything out for me and a pleasure to speak and deal with and is an excellent example of how customer service should be.
