no sign of order, no response to email chases and no response on website chat, very odd

As long as the order goes smoothly, everything should be fine, but if there is a problem… good luck with customer service.

I placed an order that was processed professionally but unfortunately did not clear customs. Since then — and this has been going on since June — I have been trying to find a solution with customer service, which has shown a truly appalling lack of responsiveness.

It takes several messages just to get a response, and when you finally do get one, the proposed “solution” is something like sending the order again — which would apparently have been rejected by customs once more. Strangely enough, no tracking number was ever provided for this supposed second shipment.

It has now been three months of going round in circles, with no satisfactory solution in sight.

Site is not safe, fails to ship, refund and does not respond like a company you would like to deal with at all. Ordered a few times and every time had to contact the site prior to any movement on the order, the last order the site claimed the shipping cost went up. This was after 3 weeks waiting for the order to ship, gave them the opportunity to cancel and refund the amount, site stated it would refund the amount and as of now, no refund, no order and no reply. Buyer beware, this site SUCKS and would have given them a zero on the review but that option was not available. Go to 3fvape, Healthcabin or even Sourcemore and they have better deals and actually respond like reputable companies

Ordered a device and some parts to get into building and what not. Ordered in July 22 reached out via email to choppavapes.com. Got a response said that its no problem to ship through. Sent a follow up email to see if it had been shipped around Aug 3rd and now today. Guess they ghosted me and took my €124.82. First time ordering from them, not happy and very disappointed with the high praise that they help customers. If they cannot fullfill just refund instead. So be cautious when ordereing from them, there is a chance that they can ghost you too.

My parcel arrived damaged in post & some contents were missing. A quick call to Josh at Choppa Vapes and everything was resolved in seconds . What an absolutely wonderful company to deal with and a benchmark to other online traders. Thank Josh you're a star !!

Just did a google review but I thought I would come here also, again thanks so much for my order!!! I’m chuffed to bloody bits that I was able to find a specific vape juice that is literally like gold dust these days!! 🤣🤣 one very happy and definitely a regular customer from now on! Amazing, 10/10!

Been using choppavapes for some time now and to be honest it is my go to online vape shop. Nothing it too small for them to sort out your order. And sometimes when you do make a order they stick some extra stuff in that you didnt expect to receive cracking place to use 10/10 top place and josh who works there is a fantastic person to sort your oder if and I mean if you have a problem thanks choppa vapes

Just to answer your questions. Doesn't really matter where I live. There is something called traveling and saying you (don't believe having the pleasure of serving me) so you know every single person and name when someone has come in? I don't think so 🙂🤡

The only reason I gave 4 stars because of Josh’s customer service. He personally called me when order went wrong and corrected it with few extras. But what happened to flavour, there’s real lack of it which is very unusual for Choppa. Quality control needs attention before it becomes a common knowledge.

Needed to call to chase up a delivery. It appeared it had been mislaid by dpd however the person I spoke to not only understood the issue, but got me out a replacement with a bonus while on the call.

Very helpful and understanding. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing customer service.
I had a slight issue with a mod i had ordered that wasn't in stock and the man i spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more helpful even helping to choose a replacement device.
Also upgraded my 60ml juice to a 100ml.
Definitely worth the 5 stars and more
