Placed order online. Got phone call to say the item wasn’t available and they would refund me. He recommended another tank and I purchased two. Never received a refund for first item. Made numerous phone calls but no answer. Also sent e mails but no reply. Avoid this company.

Good product, great value, prompt delivery, just wish product was in proper black sleeve holder inside box, as damaged could easily happen the way it's packed that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Wrong item sent, Tried phoning them 50 plus times, 6 email sent. It says contact them before sending back. There is no customer service. AVOID.

Sent smok coils instead of a large quantity of vape juice. Have telephoned,emailed and whats apped them with no reply.
