We’re sorry you haven’t received your parcel yet. We would just like to clarify that your order was placed **on Friday evening after our 5 PM dispatch cut-off**.
As Monday was a **Bank Holiday and Royal Mail was not operating**, the earliest dispatch day was **Tuesday**. Unfortunately, it would not have been possible for the parcel to be delivered during the Bank Holiday weekend.
Your order has now been dispatched and we are monitoring the tracking. We will make sure any delivery issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

I ordered on the 22 Jul 2026 on next day with payment made. Still awaiting my order been trying to contact company via phone, email and WhatsApp but have had no reply. I’m not a new customer and have been buying since 2023. The service has slowly gone down hill with missing items ordered or wrong items delivered. Currently contacting bank to return payment. Will not be using anymore.
