Order shoes for my Dad here all the time, every pair is always fantastic quality and sizing is always true to size. Very quick and reliable postage aswell.

Excellent Swervice.

Ordering is simple and the follow up from the company is excellent.
products aare very good and choice which should be limited for the sizes i order (size 15) is varied and modern.
Dave and Co are a master class in their profession.

Overall experience positive

Good selection of large sized footwear for men. Can be a bit more expensive but that is the nature of buying larger sizes than normal. Postage can be slow and can take a bit longer than expected but this is the post office system not the seller fault. Have bought from heather shoes when they had a shop in city centre and now online they are just as good.

Excellent service and after purchase care

Excellent service. I am so impressed with Big Shoes’ customer service and support. It’s impossible finding size 14 shoes for my son but I found exactly what my son needed at Big Shoes. There is a great choice for different activities and occasions.

It took a few attempts at finding the exact fit but Dave made it easy to exchange the shoes for the perfect fit and even sent a pair of complimentary insoles to make sure the shoes wear comfortably. I highly recommend Big Shoes.

The website was easy to navigate

The website was easy to navigate, plenty of choice for the size 14 plus..delivery was within 3 days. My son is extremel happy to have comfortable, fashionable footwear. At 6'8" he finds it difficult to purchase anything on the high street. So, his birthday pressie went down a treat. I will continue to shop on this site and can recommend it, it really is worth a look.

Sandal defect causes holiday problem.

Bought a pair of sandals for a two week trip in the sun, a flaw in the left sandal left me with a cut to the side of my left foot and I had to wear trainers everywhere. Even the beach. I've bought the same sandals previously and had no issues. I believe this highlights the problem with people with big feet in ireland. The lack of testing footwear is worse for certain people.
