Waited all day for a parcel that was out for delivery and it never arrived. Very dissappointed
Good communication and updates on delivery
The delivery was left outside my front door for anyone to see. It would be super if drivers could be told not to leave parcels in plain open sight if someone doesn’t answer the door.
Excellent 10/10 great delivery man. Very helpful
Email the night before and delivered when said.
Thank You
Fast and trouble-free delivery every single time! I recommend it! *****
Excellent delivery service. Very pleasant & helpful driver. All packaged items were in good condition.
They take no responsibility for delivering my product. Every day, i send them email, and then they send me an email claiming they are looking into the matter and will arrange for a solution very soon. Meanwhile, the delivery person carries my product around in his vehicle every single day. This has been going on for about six or seven days now—he still hasn't delivered it, and the company accepts no responsibility whatsoever.
Delivery arrived early and on time , driver was very polite
Got the parcel delivered quickly after receiving it
Very prompt delivery, delivered exactly as promised.
The driver left the parcel with a neighbor rather than dropping it on the door step and running, as everyone else does these days.
It took him a little extra time but was way more secure.
A good service in my books.

I had stupidly put the wrong county on the delivery address and the package was initially delivered elsewhere. Paola very helpfully raised a dispute, and I had the package within 24 hours. Thanks Paola!

GLS barely qualify as a courier company - in my area they barely deliver once a week and have lost valuable packages. Their customer service is designed to kick the problem as far down the line as humanly possible and then ignore it. I have decided not to buy things from vendors who use GLS - it will either arrive late, in terrible condition, or not at all.

I ordered my pet food through a site that delivered through GLS. The parcel is dropped at the door and the driver heads off no knock or ring on the bell. If someone isn't in the parcel can sit openly on the doorstep until someone comes home. GLS claims the following
The Missed Delivery Process
1. Left with a Neighbour: The driver will first attempt to find a nearby neighbour who is willing to accept and sign for your parcel.
2. Dropped at a GLS ParcelShop: If no neighbour is available, the courier will divert the package to the nearest GLS ParcelShop (usually a local convenience store or service station). It will be held there for 9 working days for you to collect with a valid photo ID.
3. Returned to the Depot: If there is no ParcelShop nearby or if the parcel is too heavy (over 20–30kg), it goes back to the local central depot. A second delivery attempt is automatically scheduled for the next working day.
4. Notification Card: In all cases, the driver will leave a physical notification card at your door with details on where your package is or your tracking
This does not match with reality. I have ordered through this site for almost a year on a bi weekly basis. Most times I have been home I answer the door to a ring to see the van pulling away before ive opened the door. There has never been a notification card rather the package has been left of the doorstep. Today there was someone home when the delivery happened and I had to let them know to check the doorstep when I got the app notification otherwise the package would have sat unsecured. If I had a choice I wouldn't choose GLS
