Sent the wrong glasses initially but rectified and sent correct glasses very quickly and let me keep the wrong ones as a gift.
Everyone is human and mistakes happen sometimes, it's how you rectify your mistakes is what matters.

Highly recommend. Safestyle was very professional in handling an enquiry with an issue that I had created resulting in not getting the registration discount. They were prompt to respond to my email and even refunded the discount to my bank account. Very refreshing to see a company staying true to their word and honouring the discount. Very happy customer, I like their product and so do many of the people I work with.

Bought a set 2 months ago and have noticed the colour peeling off the arms, contacted safestyle and gave them my purchase details and they pushed me off to the store I bought it from. I go into the store only to find out they only have a 30 day warranty, which wasn't passed on by the safestyle customer service team over multiple emails. Disappointing quality on the sunnies and lack of information from the customer service team.

I got my boyfriend a pair for Christmas and shock he didn’t like the style I picked. The customer service team were so easy to talk to (didn’t feel like I was talking to a bot) and extremely patient with how long it took me to return the item for an exchange.

These glasses are next level. My husbands work is big on safety glasses so I had to have a pair of glasses that will last to have the lenses removed and have presciption lenses added. We have purchased these and they are absolutely brilliant and durable. We were given a pair off a family member to try and we will never buy from anywhere else. My husband just lost his glasses in the Murray River and I have now placed an order for another 2 pairs. They are that good that I reached out to the company to ensure they never discontinue because if they do I will need to stock up on back ups. These are mint, you wont be disappointed at all!!!!! Plus they are such an exceptional price for what you are getting. 5 stars 🌟

Had some complaints about how long my delivery took to be sent via aus post. Was not very nice as I thought I was being scammed and gave it to them about it and they were very professional in all their communication and sent me another set of glasses express post and discounted me on my initial set. Basically gave me 2 at a discounted rate for one. Definitely backed it up.

Moving on, the glasses are actually great very comfortable no head squeeze or headache from wearing on long sweaty days. Don’t rub your nose up when your sweaty as and the lenses don’t seem far off my polarised glass polarised ray bans. They haven’t fogged up yet from humidity and sweating working in closed off areas either. All for a great price in reality. They are tough as too I dropped them from 3 story’s and the lenses didn’t pop out and the frame did not break.

Don’t get a headache from squinting as a roofer from the usual shit safety glasses that we get provided now that I have these. Thanks guys/ lady’s

I had purchased a pair of there new model glasses Switches which I found tight and very uncomfortable to wear, I let safestyle know of my troubles and they were quick to send me a the new style converts which I found these are 100 times better they dont Fog up with the dust insert the strap doesn't pull too tight against your head and overall alot more stylish thanks happy with these ones.

I ordered 2 items - a lanyard and a sunglasses cleaning spray. I received the parcel within 48 hours, alas one item was missing. I reported the issue and received amazing support: within 48 hours, the missing spray was delivered to my house. Really impressed! I recommend this company - their customer care is top!

I use SafeStyle glasses as PPE for mining, and honestly, they tick every box — stylish, comfortable, and they actually look good while still doing the job they’re meant to do.

I did have an issue with my order being mixed up initially, but this is where SafeStyle really stood out. I raised it with them on a Thursday and received an immediate response acknowledging the issue and letting me know they were onto it. By Monday, they’d followed up, apologised, and organised a replacement straight away. The new pair was express posted and arrived the same week.

The communication throughout was clear, respectful, and professional — no run-around, no excuses, just genuine customer service done properly. I’ll admit, I went in expecting the usual hassle you get with some companies, but SafeStyle proved me completely wrong.

I’ve had a pair of non prescription safeties that I loved so I ordered a pair of prescription safety’s. These were great but developed a little wiggle in one arm. I reached out to the safe style team and within 5 days I had a replacement pair on my doorstep. I can’t fault the customer service and product. Things happen but safe style definitely put the customer first and believe in there product. Thanks again safe style for great glasses and even better customer service
