We had such a positive experience working with Fred at AWS Mortgages.

What really stood out was how available he was throughout the process. These days you’re often dealing with chatbots or waiting endlessly for a response, but with Fred I could simply pick up the phone. He would either answer straight away or call back very quickly. That level of responsiveness was incredibly reassuring, especially during a house move.

He made what can often feel like a complicated and stressful process feel clear and manageable. Everything was explained properly, we were kept informed at each stage, and the mortgage was secured smoothly.

Chelsea (and Max) were absolutely outstanding throughout what turned out to be a very stressful and highly non-standard remortgage during a divorce.

Chelsea was calm, responsive, and relentlessly proactive at every stage; chasing lenders, dealing with shifting timelines, and keeping everything moving when other parties were causing delays - nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

This was not a straightforward case, but Chelsea handled it with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt confident that things were in safe hands.

Max was great too, having to walk me through four rate changes and two lenders since the mortgage was first agreed.

I genuinely couldn't have got this over the line without them. If you want a mortgage broker who actually does the work when things get difficult, I can't recommend AWS highly enough.
