Driver was extremely rude
Driver was extremely rude and aggressive towards my wife . He refused to speak to building Door porter where he would have been instructed to park in loading Bay for free 40 feet from front door . He departed without attempting to complete delivery of £3,000 mattress.
Aug 8 new team arrived and delivery was completed with ease using elevator . 6 min total time to complete delivery . Your delivery company lacks training required to complete work efficiently by all team members .
Dispatch only listens to drivers view and are Blind to truthful discussions HIT or MISS. Roll the dice delivery service
