The map constantly updating gave an accurate view of delivery timing. Delivery was inside the 2 hour timeline.
My only concern was although the mattress was competently delivered to my bedroom, I had no idea how difficult it would be to get it out the box and free it! I am a woman of 76 years and nobody to help me. I did it and the mattress is lovely so all those tears and effort were worth it!

Terrible Service!!
The parcel was hours late, one of the two men team called twice as could not find the property. He was at 127 and couldn’t understand me when I said our address is the same road but number 137 so I was trying to explain he needed to turn back and we were 5 doors away. He couldn’t speak or understand English very well. We work shifts and though it was only 8pm we were waiting to go to bed and it was all really annoying. They eventually arrived to the house 20 minutes later in a battered old van and ‘were laughing’. Hilarious!!

Poor customer relations
Really upset by late email 9:40pm to advise delivery was to be at 07:13 to 09:13 am next day I had 20 minutes to get in touch before you closed . I sent 5 emails to explain not possible to do that early due to health special needs . No response Just a phone call at 7:30 am from drivers to tell me on way I asked if I could at least have 09;13 end of allotted time but wax refused. Caused unnecessary stress . Told could have next day but with all furniture obstructing normal living couldn’t leave it in way . I would not choose this situation again and doubt I will order another bed as planned if same delivery company The actual ottoman bed not anything to do with delivery company is really good . Extremely disappointed However I would now like to add to this . Further to their response I do appreciate that they apologised didn’t offer excuses but were sincere in their attitude to learn from this . I also think when a company humbly takes ownership for their mistakes they are worth another opportunity and that perhaps in general it’s not their normal way to do things . I would ask that anyone reading this takes that into account .

Great delivery guys
I was annoyed that I was allotted a delivery slot of 5pm-7pm after paying £35 for an after 6pm slot. As it turned out, an incident on route meant our sofas weren’t delivered until 10pm, but I was kept informed of progress. Vesilin and his colleague were very courteous and carried out our delivery quickly and carefully despite being very tired from their very long day.
