The actual delivery & communication process were excellent.
The score is not 5 as Amazon said delivery would be Wednesday. You said Thursday which didn’t suit so I elected Friday.

Couldn’t fault our delivery from AIT
Couldn’t fault our delivery from AIT. Great communication by email and a phonecall half an hour before delivery. The 2 guys were very pleasant when they arrived. Product was unboxed to enable pics to be taken to ensure there were no marks etc and then setup as well. Empty packaging was taken away as well which was great.

Although over 1.5 hrs later than…
Although over 1.5 hrs later than original advised time, delivery chaps were very pleasant abd helpful. Called me with 20-30 mins notice, apologised for their being late. On a side note I did get a text message apologising for being late but this wasn't received until 1hr after original time. Guys had already called me by the time the text message was received.
