Terrible service avoid if you can!
They Booked my delivery and sent me a delivery window at 2am in the morning. Then didn’t show up in 10am-12pm window I left it till 3pm to chase up what was happening. Had no information for me on the call promised to get back to me to update me. They never did.
Then they booked the delivery for the next day… then they cancelled it.
And I’m still waiting to find out when it will turn up.

I was told that two of my items were…
I was told that two of my items were not going to be delivered in time as they had been misplaced. Because of this I went and bought replacement items only to find that my items weee delivered which meant I was considerably out of pocket and have had to return items.

Reliable and on time.
The company has a really good tracking system. It shows the number of deliveries they're working through, which number you are, and the one they're on at the moment. The map shows whereabouts they are, so you can follow them. The driver rang to say when they were half an hour away.
