Lazy delivery drivers who left 2 OAP’s to carry a king size heavy mattress up two floors
Dreadful service!
2 fit youngish men couldn’t do their job and carry our new king size mattress from M & S up to the bedroom, which is what they are paid to do!!
They thought it fine to dump it in my hallway and for my husband and myself in our late 60’s to carry up 2 flights of stairs!
Hope they had a nice easy day with an early finish time….while we struggled like hell to get it upstairs!
M & S need to stop using this diabolical company for deliveries.
Shame on AIT and shame on M & S for contracting work out to this shoddy company.

They emailed a time frame & next day I was able to track the vehicle on a map & see what number I was then I was called about an hour before delivery, the 2 people who brought my heavy purchases in really couldn't have been nicer, 10/10 all round, from a customer perspective it couldn't have gone any better

They kept us informed of expected delivery and phoned ahead to confirm before arrival.
We live in a traditional cottage where pedestrian access is limited and they kindly delivered to the correct room so we could unpack and assemble. Thank you.
