Not only was the delivery delayed by over 2h, the delivery men at first refused to help my heavily pregnant wife bring the package 3 floors up an elevator. Their first answer was that they were only required to bring to the main entrance on the ground floor. Extremely unprofessional I’d say

The 2 delivery guys turned up on time, were extremely polite and places my very heavy parcel exactly where I wanted it. Overall a great service.

What made my experience good with them was you could see when your delivery was coming up

They were ok.

I liked the fact that we were kept informed of delivery times throughout.
We were given an original time of 8:30-10:30 so made arrangements with a neighbour to collect on our behalf as we were out but at 9:30 I received a message to say there was a delay and we eventually received parcel at midday.

Fantastic service all round. The app kept me updated, so I could see I was the last but two stop of the day and where the delivery was currently, which helped plan my day. The delivery lady called to let me know an estimated time, which wasn’t far off. The team of two handled my massive fridge freezer really carefully despite not having a platform truck. They were both polite and friendly and we had a lovely chat. They were quick and efficient and the item is in great condition. Really pleased.

Amazing I was wary when order from someone I don’t know but no absolutely brilliant so quick took six days from ordering to it being delivered which was upa flight of stairs the lads were great he couch is such good value for the money fast service good value and they actually correspond which is great x delighted with it will definitely use again x

Good communication and delivered early.

The delivery driver didn’t call me 30 minutes before the delivery as promised. They came 20 minutes before the scheduled timing. The called to advise that they were outside I said we were a couple of streets away on our way home and will be with him in a couple of minutes. I then had a call less than a minute and a half later, the delivery guy asked where I was and I apologised explained that we were around the corner. The delivery guy then began to shout at me on the phone telling me that he hasn’t got all day and that this is ridiculous. I then hung up the call. My partner took the delivery in where he commented on how we shouldn’t have ordered our bed when were are still in the middle of doing a renovation and that we have done everything ass backwards (we have had delays on our floor being laid and couldn’t change the delivery day). My partner then asked him to leave immediately. I have had this company deliver things multiple and never had a problem until now but I definitely will not be using them again!

Kept informed of the delivery both by email and text. Also received a call from the driver to let me know he was on his way. Very good service.

Lovely delivery man very pleasant and polite offering to help me unpack my tv and put it where I wanted it to be which l declined they still had a few deliveries to do so I let them carry on with the rest of their day
