Awful experience …just a general lack…
Awful experience …just a general lack of care & off hand attitude.expected delivery for two sofas was Thursday. Only one arrived the company had a very not our problem attitude I spoke to the supplier Heatons & they were both blaming each other & couldn’t locate the second sofa. When the second one was finally delivered 3 days later I had no communication from anyone & the dogs was dumped in my lounge even though they were supposed to unwrap it a fit the legs , again not their problem they said.

Polite and respectful.
The delivery men were respectful of the house and took their shoes off. They asked me exactly where we would like our packages and if they needed to go upstairs, I’m sure they would’ve taken them to the exact location. There was a minor slip where one packages did get dropped, however, it was completely accidental. If not for this, it would’ve been an outright five stars. 4.5 rounded up to 5 👍🏽🤷🏽♂️

Good communication and courteous driver
Good communication from AIT with emails, texts and a phone call half an hour before the delivery. The 2 men who delivered my new radiator were polite and careful.

Need rather more care!
Delivered boxed mobility scooter that I had to assemble. Good job I noticed they had dumped it in the garage upside down! Would have been impossible to remove from the box that way. Xxx

If you want an excellent service you absolutely have to use this Company
From the time I clicked 'Buy' on line the service I received was exemplary. I was thanked for my order and every step of the way I was informed of the progress. The Company even sent a swatch to confirm the colour and materials being used. I was given a date and time of delivery and it arrived on time and wrapped extremely well. The two delivery people were superb. They carried it into my lounge, removed all packaging and assembled the item. They removed all the cardboard and plastic wrap with a politeness that is rarely found these days.
I cannot praise the service highly enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
