Terrible experience from start to…
Terrible experience from start to finish. I took the day off work specifically to be home for the three-hour delivery window I had been given. I was then told my delivery was delayed by three hours, so I contacted customer service to find out when I could expect it. On multiple occasions throughout the day, I was assured that I would be given at least one hour’s notice before the delivery arrived.
I was advised it would arrive just before 5pm. I explained that I needed to collect my pregnant partner from work and asked whether it could be delivered later. I was assured my order had been rescheduled as the final delivery of the day and would arrive between 7pm and 8pm.
Despite being repeatedly promised one hour’s notice, the driver, Marius, did not call until 5:50pm—when he was already attempting to make the delivery. I missed the call but rang back at 6:02pm and explained that I would be home within 20 minutes. I asked whether he could wait, and he agreed. However, when I was only five minutes away from home, I received a message saying my delivery had been cancelled.
I immediately tried calling Marius. The phone rang twice without an answer, and on my third attempt, his phone had been switched off. I then contacted the helpline, who also said they were unable to reach him.
Although Marius may not work directly for the company, his performance today has completely tarnished its reputation and reflects extremely poorly on the service it provides.
After taking a full day off work, being given several different delivery times and repeatedly being promised one hour’s notice that was never provided, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Marius agreed to wait but then cancelled the delivery without warning, ignored my calls and made no attempt to explain the situation. I am extremely disappointed and expect this complaint to be investigated, my delivery to be rearranged as a priority, and appropriate compensation for the considerable inconvenience caused.

Rude , unhelpful, rushed
Rude, rushed delivery team who refused to unpack a very heavy Careco recliner chair saying they couldn’t do that as I had to keep the packaging in case I wanted to return the item, They then rushed off leaving me to chase Careco who said the delivery included removing all packaging.

The WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with.
Large American fridge freezer delivery, ripped and damaged hallway and kitchen floor because they couldn’t lift it so they dragged it. Signed a letter when here to admit liability. 6 weeks later still battling and they’re making excuse after excuse. I have and they are aware, a disabled child who is now forced to live in a home with damaged and unsafe, un even floor in a core area of the home and even his medical team agree it’s not safe but the company have done, and are doing absolutely nothing except sending the same excuse emails.
Be highly cautious of this company, it’s very unprofessional, delivery in tatty vans, delivery men are not capable at all, no proper equipment or aids. It’s like a 2 bit cash in hand type set up!!

Keep you informed all along the way and tracking is great shows you where they are, how many deliveries and the number you are, you can track them on a map. Altogether a great service. Delivery drivers were very nice as well and offered to bring it in the house to where we needed it, although we were fine to do it. Well done.
