Had emails and text messages telling me the delivery process and a phone call half an hour before the crew arrived. They were polite, helpful and moved my delivery to where I needed it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Stressful experience
Deliver was on time. However I was told the rug would be unpacked for me to see it. What followed was nothing less than traumatic. They refused to unpack ( bearing in mind I am 80 and live on my own. Then my neighbour spent the next half hour on the phone to the manager who told them to unpack but they still refused saying they had not got scissors. The time they spent refusing to help me they could have done the Job 10 times over. Only on the second phone call did they do it.

The map constantly updating gave an accurate view of delivery timing. Delivery was inside the 2 hour timeline.
My only concern was although the mattress was competently delivered to my bedroom, I had no idea how difficult it would be to get it out the box and free it! I am a woman of 76 years and nobody to help me. I did it and the mattress is lovely so all those tears and effort were worth it!
