Arrived 5 hours after delivery slot. No updates, tried to get in touch with them and got a robot response 2 days after the delivery date. The actual delivery guys were nice people. Rest was awful

Nice to wait all day and cant get hold of the drivers
Brought a TV on Amazon for delivery in 2 days when I would be at my office. I received a confirmation that the delivery had been pushed back a day; not a problem, but this was for my son to give to him when he moved into his new house. I could get it on the new date and give it to him on the day he got his keys. Night before message saying delivery will be between 1135-1335 and they will call 30- 60 minutes before. It's now 1659, and on my 2nd call to the head office, they can't get hold of the drivers. Appalling service

Goods arrived on time
Goods arrived, undamaged within the time window that i had been given. Delivery guys were friendly and polite, placing the heavy radiators where we asked them to.

Delivery arrived 1 1/2 later than…
Delivery arrived 1 1/2 later than stated by which time the person waiting for the package had leave. No phone was received as they state is done prior to delivery only an email which I don’t have access to during the day. They now want £50 to re-deliver, I don’t think so. The only loser in this is the merchant as they will have to refund and get no future business from me.

Excellent customer service
After ordering a mattress online we were contacted by AIT to inform us of a delivery date. The evening before delivery day we received a two hour time slot and then the delivery drivers rang about a half hour away to let us know they wouldn't be long. Steve and colleague arrived and couldn't be more helpful. Mattress unwrapped and put in place.
