Absolutely Atrocious! 00000

Everything! Never, ever use them, where possible. Sky, Sonno, any home delivery service, honestly, they are awful, and customer service are as bad. Your complaint will end in, "We're sorry"

Great service

Great communication and updates. Delivery service was simple with no drama, the drivers were very friendly and even brought the item inside for me.

Avoid!

My order (a bed mattress) was confirmed by AIT as being due for delivery on a specific day, but never arrived. Spent 3 hours trying to get through to the vendor to find out why. Eventually, after a lot of hassle, it was finally delivered 10 days later... however, to the wrong address. It went to the billing address instead of the shipping address. In addition, the mattress bag had bird faeces all down it. I don't want to imagine the state of the storage facilities!
Really disappointed with this company. 😕
