Delivered two large Reinforced Metal beds frames. Quick, polite, efficient and convenient.
Had two large bed frames delivered by AIT at the time of writing this review. The delivery was to the ground floor entrance-hallway of my house. It was two separate orders, so two deliveries. Both times it was quick, polite, efficient and convenient.
They send an email the day before where you can point to a square on What3Words to help the delivery team which I thought was cool.

If I could give these guys more stars I would!!! Absolutely Excellent delivery experience!! I was kept updated throughout my delivery and could even see in real time where my delivery was. 2 very cheerful, friendly, helpful guys arrived, asked me where I wanted my sofas put and proceeded to unbox carefully and really thoughtfully place my sofas in my home. The guys took away the packaging too!!! A very very good experience I would be happy to use this company again! Totally reccommend and very happy customer :-)

The delivery was over a week late and when it did finally arrive the sofa had a tear on the arm and one of the legs missing. There was also supposed to be assembly on delivery but the delivery team didn’t have any tools with them.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, keeping me informed of the delivery date every step of the way. I also received a message the evening before with a convenient 3-hour delivery slot, which was really helpful.
On the day, the delivery driver and his colleague were both very polite, friendly, and professional. They were helpful, efficient, and had everything delivered quickly with no fuss.
A great delivery experience from a company that clearly values good customer service. I would highly recommend them!

They suddenly changed the delivery time and so i went on their website the change it. They did not change it and because I was not in They dumped the parcel on my doorstep without any effort to at least hide at the side of the house. I wouldn't use them if I had the choice.

We had a delivery from Careco (a riser…
We had a delivery from Careco (a riser recliner for my disabled husband). The box was bulky but after 2 attempts to deliver into the hall they gave up and wouldn’t help get into the hall. So it was left on our front door step.
So disappointing after such great customer service at Careco.
My 81 year old father came to help me after the 2 young delivery drivers left!!!!
