I was kept upto date when my parcel would arrive. I was given a time slot of an hour. My parcel was delivered well within the slot. Very friendly delivery.

Been with this company 13 yrs no concerns until my washer became unfixable.
Very prompt service when breakdown occurred but sadly I'm very dissapointed in there approach last couple days.
Old for new is there policy even don't worry about insurance we will do everything just pick yourself a new washer similar to yours even upgrade for a small cost to an enhanced model.
Sorry but the washer I was offered was a D none efficency model. I'm afraid I won't be accepting it. Can't afford to pay for a newer model I'm a pensioner and like everyone else money is tight .
Extremely dissapointed in there response offering me something which would cost me more using I the long run.
So people make your own minds up regarding old for new. Check your insurances about exactly what you would be getting.
Extremely annoyed and feeling let down by this company 13 yrs a long time to pay money into with none satisfactory result at end when needed most. Yes you offered a replacement but does not match efficency as my old broken one was an A efficent. Sorry so doesn't match my old one.A very unhappy let down person.

After contacting this company .
received a phone call from "Natalie".
She was very easy to talk to and after finding out how much my new policy would be the conversation took a new lead as to how I wanted yo pay.
Options were a great help as to Natalie helping me decide which one.
Would reccomend contacting this company. You might be surprised how much of a saving you can make over annually would definitely reccomend .

Contacted this company for life insurance as I was already with them for house insurance. . An account was set up by myself to make it easier to view my details and any changes I needed to make. However I had lots of trouble logging in ( my fault) due to password. The help and customer care I received helped me and guided me into what I needed to do. At last I succeeded successfully managed to log in and view all my details. Now very happy . Would definitely recommend company to anyone. Thank you legal and general for your customer care .
