Poor customer service and unnecessary charge
Tried to cancel my membership 2 days before renewal. Didn’t let me cancel online. Emailed and posted on their X account. Money still taken out from my account. So disappointing that they don’t even reply.

Cannock is the best pure gym
The managers Dave and red at cannock are fantastic always happy to help they make sure the equipment is all working and replace any damaged . They make sure the gym is spotless . Nothing is too much trouble for them . It’s the best gym I’ve ever been to and this is down to the managers .

Clean and tons of kit
I've been going for a few years now and the gym is far cleaner than other gyms in the area. Staff are friendly and a massive amount of kit with multiple dumbells which is useful.

Hi Harvey, thanks for leaving us this review. We are sorry to see this is 1 star.
We're afraid we are unable to deduct payment for a membership if the direct debit has been successfully cancelled by the member with their bank. We would advise reaching out to Member Services via email or social Media DM and they will be happy to take a look at your account and advise you further.
If you believe you cancelled the direct debit, we would advise taking this up with your bank as they would be responsible for this.
Thanks, PureGym
