Extremely disappointed with my experience using Zola. The platform is advertised as an easy way to combine and manage registries, but it created more problems than it solved. I had multiple duplic... See more

Our guests funded our honeymoon through the registry. But we can’t withdraw that money without a US bank account. They never informed us this beforehand! Avoid like the plague!!
Terrible customer service. I bought a gift card on a friend's wedding registry. She reached out and told me the code for the gift card wasn't working and encouraged me to get a refund. Zola refused... See more
Absolutely terrible customer service. Received our order and it contained quite a few invitations from another customer. Reached out to ask for immediate reprint and overnight shipping. Also... See more

I signed up to list my business on Zola…
I signed up to list my business on Zola and it has been 4 days now and my listing is still pending. I don't know if they are working on it for what but it says it would take one business day to review the listing but it is now 4 days. This is not a good start and will be looking at other places to list my business.
Not Accepting New Vendors
We signed up on Zola to be listed as a vendor. We were on the site a couple days and then they removed us from the directory. We got an email saying that they can remove vendors for any reason, at anytime. So, if you are a vendor looking to get added to this site, forget about it
Over 10 month wait for gift…
I created a registry in early July for our elopement. I was hoping this would be easier for many of our family and friends that spread across the U.S. Many of our gifts arrived late after our wedding although our friends ordered gifts 30 days before the wedding. Most of our items were backed ordered. So far we haven’t received one gift. It has been on back order for 7 months! Zola will not reach out to you and explain anything. I called customer service and the guy acted like I was bothering him. He said there are 146 orders before ours and it will be shipped as stated on the site. Our shipping date has been moved 4 times already. Zola continue to allow this product on their site for people to buy but do not warn them it may take more than a year to obtain. Bad business and very dishonest. The representative tried to rush me off the phone and said he will cancel our gift and give store credit. I had to basically scream “no don’t do that!” I gave up and said just leave it and we will get it whenever. So frustrating and stressful. I do not recommend this site for brides. Don’t be fooled! Stay away from it!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
DO NOT USE ZOLA FOR ANY SORT OF CASH FUND OF HONEYMOON FUND. IT TOOK ME OVER 5 MONTHS TO GET MY FUNDS INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. By the time I received my funds, I was already married and back from my honeymoon. Terrible customer service.
Super glitchy registry
Super glitchy website. People gifted us cash and they made it impossible to get out. Use one of the many other wedding sites out there.
after i took a survey
after i took a survey, i was offered "free" magazines for a year (up to 4). I picked the magazines was then was charged $2.00 each for processing and handling. ok, but when it hit my credit card i was actually charged $2.29 credit card. Then my bank thought it was fraud so they blocked my credit card. No, I would never use zola again.
There is no way to tell if they couple…
There is no way to tell if they couple received your gift unless you call them and ask them. They do not let you know when it is delivered but they take your money right away.
Wrong Invitations, Reprint Still Not Shipped
We ordered wedding invitations and RSVPs on July 13th 2022. They arrived on July 26th. When I opened the box, it was very clear that we received the correct RSVPs and envelopes, but the incorrect invitations! It was another couple, and the design was completely different than the RSVPs. As it was late at night I contacted via message through the website and told them of the the mistake and provided pictures and my order number and contact info. The next day an associate had gotten back with me via email and stated that would be reprinting and resending. Seeing as we couldn’t wait another two weeks for them to be replaced I called the helpline early in the morning, around 10:30am right after they opened. The associate on the phone found my order easily and stated that yes they would be reprinted, like that day or the next, and resent the same day and I could expect to receive them the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I had hoped for sooner as it was their mistake but was somewhat satisfied. Over two full days later, the order hadn’t updated and hadn’t been said it had printed and it was now Friday afternoon. I called and left a voicemail, and sent a few more messages as now I knew that if it hadn’t printed by Friday and sent it would be well into the next week before we received them. Ben, a supervisor, contacted me back and stated that he was looking into it and they had printed and he was going to make sure they were overnighted so I could receive them by the weekend or Monday AT THE LATEST. He graciously refunded half the order. However, here it is, the following Monday, and the order has yet to update or ship. I’ve also reached out to his contact email twice and haven’t heard anything. Calling is my next step. This is UNACCEPTABLE. This should have never happened in the first place, but mistakes happen occasionally so I can understand. But to be given empty promises not once, not twice, but three times all by different associates is poor business. We will not be shopping here again.
Thankfully, I was able to contact the other customer who received our invites. She was able to ship them out Friday, with me paying out of pocket for two day shipping, (which isn’t cheap), and they will arrive tomorrow which I’m assuming will be way earlier than the repeat invites from Zola. They also live several several hours away from us. How does a large business manage to fall behind a civilian when it comes to sending out an order within a timely manner?
Terrible company
Terrible company! Wish I’d researched it before ordering a bridal gift. My order was returned by UPS before I ever received it, due to damage. Never any follow up from Zola. Never any reply from my online inquiry, they don’t answer phones. Don’t use them!!! They should be shut down.
Really Bad
I am having a shower for a bride to be. I purchased my gift and notified them SIX times so far to take it off the registry. People trying to contribute to a honeymoon fund cannot. It will not take their information. The site is just very difficult yo use. I am getting many complaints from guests trying to use the site
My order came broken
My order came broken! I have called and no call back. I emailed and got an email saying they will get back to me! No one should us them. I going to let the bride know.
Their registry tool is not worth the…
Their registry tool is not worth the nightmare you will have to go through to fully delete your account years after your wedding and after your data has been breached.
They make you contact them (finding the link for that is hard) and fill out repetitive forms stating you want your account deleted. They push for you to merely deactivate it because I'm guessing part of their profit is tied to number of subscribers. Then literal months later after jumping through all of their hoops they will send an email saying they cannot delete your account just yet because they need to verify your identity.
Another sketchy company that allows you to magically create an account in mere seconds and yet somehow claims to not have the system to delete your account at your request after two months.
Just use a different website. Zola, you suck and be an honest company, it will get you farther.
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible ! I wish i looked up reviews before i ordered off a registry ! Not only did they send me the wrong item . On hold twice for over 20 min just to speak to someone . Responded n Sent an email with pictures of wrong item . Now waiting and waiting for a response . This company is horrible .

SHIPMENT NOT SENT -- 6 Months after January order and payment. NO PHONE CONTACT ALLOWED!
I purchased a $500 Dyson vacuum in January with shipment within 30 days. I JUST learned it was not shipped and won't be until JULY! I checked the website several times earlier and there was NO indication it had not shipped. AND they charged my credit card in January! Grandson just advised me they were told of July date. WHAT A RIPOFF...AND now they are not taking phone calls...only on line communication.
They can't even handle ecommerce, which is their core business
They're an ecommerce platform that can't even ship complete orders.
Expect to waste your time chasing down returns after being sent broken items and half-completed orders.
I can't believe they have this level of service for something as important as a wedding registry.
If I was a bride
If I was a bride, I'd be extremely reluctant to use this website to track invites or even registries. The wedding is later this year and neither the bride NOR groom are even listed.
Do not trust this Company - Rip off!!
I ordered 5 pairs of leakproof underpants. They did arrive to Qld, Australia, but are no more leakproof than a regular pair of underpants. What a rip off!! The sizing is way out as well. I can't even wear them as regular underpants as they are way too small. Do not order from this company. I will never order from them again.
Buyer beware!!
Buyer beware!!! They list items in stock that they don’t have and then take your money. Then you have to harass them for your money back. They are a scam.
UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I ordered several (6) items for a bridal shower. 4 items shipped within 2 weeks, the other 2 were on back order. When I received 1 of the items it was not boxed & wrapped in bubble wrap. I called the Zola & had a very nice gentleman (Josh) on the phone. He explained that they couldn’t just send me a box for the item but would contact the company & ask them to replace my item & package it correctly. It’s been 2 weeks & when I called for an update I was told it was not a priority. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE from them again.
