Website issues
The website was very slow and laggy and froze and glitched which made it very difficult and time consuming to find and actually place an order for items I wanted. Improving this would greatly increase customer satisfaction.
I cannot imagine what I presume to be a multitude of other website visitors having the patience to endure what I ecperienced.
Prices are very high, especially if not a member. I do like and appreciate the option to skip billing for a month without losing VIP status. I do not agree with the marketed hype of the leggings, but did get some very comfortable loungewear and I also thought the "hot mesh collection" was unique. Fabrics are thick, including the leggings (excluding the mesh) so there is quality there although the stitching seems to be hit or miss based on my first order received.
