Lovely Bracelet
Lovely bracelet well packaged and presented well, Good quality, great service tracked till delivered. But unfortunately the courier DPD let the company down by delivering to the wrong address hence a delay on delivery. No stars deducted as this was not down to William May, but DPD!

Brilliant experience
I ordered a ring that was sadly too small and had to return it before going on to buy another larger one. The customer service experience was absolutely brilliant and my refund was processed straight away. The quality of both rings were second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend William May to anyone.

Ring is great, and exactly met my requirements. Fast service. My concern is with the courier used. They delivered this high value by just laying it on my doorstep, didn't even ring the doorbell.
