We recently completed on a flat at The Venue (Hayes) and the sales representative Simon was excellent. He was professional, knowledgable and quick to respond throughout the process. The same can be said for Phanta as well who provided exemplary service early in the process.

There are couple of reasons I love the whole experience of buying a home with Weston homes - one, the house pretty much comes with everything and you need very little to plan for the extras and the second is the amazing sales folks like Charlie and Kaye - they are exceptional and more important - flexible like I made so many changes to the options and they always accomodate and help you plan it better!!

My husband and I were honestly pretty nervous. This was our very first property purchase and the whole process felt a bit overwhelming at times, But from the moment we connected with Judy & Valerie at Western Homes we knew we were in good hands.

Their team was so supportive, kind, and patient with all our questions and worries.

They guided us step-by-step with clear explanations and regular updates, which made everything feel manageable and far less stressful than we ever expected. It really felt like they cared about us and our journey and not just the sale.

After moving in their care didn’t stop. When we noticed a few minor issues they were right there, quick to respond and fix everything efficiently. We still have a couple of small things to finish up, but honestly, they’ve handled everything exactly the way we hoped - friendly, professional, and reliable.

If you’re thinking about buying a home, especially your first one, we can’t recommend Western Homes enough. They made what could have been a scary process feel exciting and joyful. Thanks to them we’re now settled into our New home and loving every moment.

I recently purchased a flat at Dylon Riverside with Weston Homes and initially faced a challenge fitting my sofa in the living room due to limited space between a pillar and the horizontal radiator. I’m extremely grateful to Rachel, Claire, and the team for their professionalism and excellent support in resolving the issue by installing a vertical radiator. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, and my living room now looks fantastic.

Be extremely cautious before buying from Weston Homes. They sold residents at The Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes the dream of a thriving, mixed community with shops, cafés, and shared spaces to bring the area to life. Once buyers moved in, they quietly tried to turn those promised retail spaces into yet more cramped flats.

Their proposal was rejected by both Hillingdon Council and a Government inspector, who ruled that the new flats would be substandard in daylight, sunlight and privacy. Local groups also condemned the move, warning that Weston Homes are eroding the social infrastructure they promised to build.

This shows exactly where their priorities lie: profit first, community last. Once they’ve sold you the vision, they’ll happily rewrite it to squeeze out a few more units.

If you want to live somewhere with a genuine sense of community and trust in the developer, look elsewhere. Weston Homes have shown they cannot be relied upon to deliver what they promise.

From the very beginning, Judy was kind, personable, and genuinely interested in helping me.

What stood out most was her warmth and patience. Judy took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained all options available to me.
Judy went above and beyond and has made this experience so easy for me (and exciting)as a first time buyer with her knowledge and support.

I can’t understand how they’ve won the award of “Private Developer of the year”.
Abysmal company. Sadly I have 2 Weston Homes properties. We have so many cracks and leaks in one block and the aftercare service is awful. One block is going through a claim at the moment and it’s been going on for almost 2 years. The overall structural quality is shocking and is having an overall effect on anyone trying to sell the properties. Please re-think if you are thinking about buying one of their homes.

One of the worst-built developments I’ve ever encountered. From day one, it’s been nothing but issues — leaks in multiple units, visible cracks forming in walls and ceilings, and an overall sense of cheap, rushed construction. The materials feel substandard, corners were clearly cut, and there’s zero attention to detail. It’s as if the place was designed to fall apart.

Honestly, I don’t know how this developer won “Private Developer of the Year.” It must have been a self-congratulatory award — probably funded, judged, and presented by their own PR team. Nothing about this build reflects quality or care.

Save yourself the headache. Look elsewhere

The worst built I’ve ever seen ( and I grew up in Moldova). From leaks to cracks and just overall poor structural quality. I don’t know how this crocks won the private developer of the ear. Probably was funded and awarded by themselves.😂

Excellent customer service, felt very bespoke, nothing was too much trouble, the entire experience has been completely stress free.
The new build flat is incredibly high spec and beautifully finished.
I would rate them outstanding and highly recommend!

My experience with Weston Homes and Tayfen Court has been exceptionally good. Everyone was so helpful every step of the way. The sales team have been so lovely and friendly, they really helped me have a smooth experience. Valerie and Judy, in particular, deserve a special mention, and I'm very thankful to them for helping me every step of the way.

I had an issue with some defective paintwork on external balcony railings which appeared after 4 and a half years. It was dealt with efficiently and without any fuss. I'm sure some other companies would have tried to avoid correcting the work.

Valerie has been very helpful from day one
Till date she is very enthusiastic and willing to help going above and beyond

I found both Valerie and Judy so helpful and informative without that hard sell which is often the case with other companies.
I am looking to help my son get onto the property ladder but have still to sell my property in Scotland.Both Valerie and Judy have been so helpful with regards to my son getting financial advice with regards to getting a mortgage and they are going to keep in touch and keep me updated whilst I hopefully get a buyer for my house.
I found it so refreshing to engage with them and I am hopeful of my son being in a position to buy one of these beautiful apartments.Mandy Parfitt

I posted my first review on 29 July which had some mildly criticical comments that were constructive in intent. Weston responded positively and have addressed them all fully. Thanks! Judy and Valerie remain in a class of their own for customer service.

Overall great experience from plot reservation to finish. Special mention to Valerie who was very easy to communicate with and went extra mile to make sure that remaining snags were not left hanging.
