Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I made what I believed was a one-off purchase for a coin, only to later discover I had been signed up to a subscription without clear consent. There was no obvious or transparent explanation of any ongoing fees during the checkout process.

To make matters worse, they then took an additional £28 from my account. The lack of transparency around their subscription is extremely concerning.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company and be very cautious, as their practices feel misleading and unfair.

RIPOFF

If i could give a zero star that's what I would give because they don't make it clear that if you place an order you are also singing up to a subscription, as they have taken money out of my bank account i gave them a call to cancel and was told that no money would be taken and nothing else would be sent yet today a delivery from them was delivered so as i see it they are totally UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Charged me £30 when I had never agreed to a subscription, the subscription they said I started apparently started on the 22nd of March, it hasn't been a month and I've been charged.

Missing Pieces

I have been collecting coins for a number of years and, for most of that time I've been using Westminster. Their sales team are very friendly, never pushy and will always accept your decision.

Recently, I had to call as an installment of an ongoing collection had arrived with the envelope not sealed and the contents missing. The lady I spoke to checked their availability, and dispatched a replacement the same day (Wednesday). The replacements arrived within two days (Friday).

It's a great company to deal with, and I'll be sticking with them.

I got scammed like the rest of u I…

I got scammed like the rest of u I cancled my subscription months ago and they’re sending me letters saying I owe them money absolutely wild if they continue to harass me even though I have cancled time ago I will be getting them done for harassment also I went through the purchase very carefully the first time round there was no mention of a membership at all
