Once I got through the long waiting time in the queue, the chap in customer service was lovely! Very helpful, friendly & efficiently dealt with my query quickly. Thank you.

Got a free (+£2.99 postage - I was aware of this at the time and agreed to this) 50p coin in commemoration of the Artemis launch (Return to the Moon). It arrived in time and was in good condition.
A month later and I'm charged nearly £30 pounds because they decided to sign me up to a subscription. Now you would think that if they were going to do this, they would write it somewhere, but no. I have almost fallen for the 'by buying this item you are agreeing to a subscription' thing many times before, and am aware of it and check for signs of it on everything I buy.
There was no opt-in, opt-out, or advertising that this would happen. I didn't even get an email alerting me my subscription was active, or that they were taking money for it.
This company needs to either stop signing people up without their knowledge to subscriptions, or at least provide some kind of tick box (like the 'I have read the terms and conditions' one that a lot of companies have) so that you have to somehow consciously understand what is going on. Otherwise it's a blatant scam through mis-advertising.

Sent me stuff that they never make clear your signing up for and charged 30£! When I only wanted one coin, definitely set up to deceive you no matter what they are replying with here

Don't order anything from this company .. hidden subscription constantly trying to take money from my account after 3 attempts to stop it ..rude customer service ..DO NOT fall into this scam

Person I spoke too, was very helpful and sorted the issue without any fuss. He was genuinely a normal person which in itself is very rare these days.

I'm never buying anything from here ever again.
Gave me a dodgy stupid coin (the plastic decor glued on top fell off in less than a day) and also, without clear warning, signed me up to a £28.99 monthly subscription. They've taken the money out of my account, I immediately phone up and email to ask for a refund and I'm told I'll have to wait for the stupid post to be delivered and then to go to the effort of posting it back all just to hope my money will be returned???
Scam. Utter rubbish. Terrible Quality. Terrible business practices. Don't ever waste your money here, I certainly won't.

This company use Inertia selling which is a banned practice under the Consumer Protection Act and Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Inertia selling is where they send you products you never asked for then demand payment, I purchased 6 coins for £19 thinking it would be a nice gift for my 10 yr old. 4 weeks later, they started taking large sums of money from my account £31.98, next day £31.98, next day £60.96, all for coins I had zero interest in. They had no thought for whether my account might go overdrawn or that they may use up money that was allocated for bills. They are scammers and con artists. I did not sign up for a subscription, I only bought some coins as a one off and they have rinsed my account, please do not make any purchases with this company because once they have your card details, they will rinse you dry!!!

Why have you taken money from my account when I haven't had any think from you

Scam. Purchased a coin and they set me up a subscription without my knowledge. First I knew was a month later when they charged my card. No emails prior to this charge to inform me.

I received a very positive response from Westminster Collection regarding my query about foam backing for my pin badges and they have said they will give me some free of charge.

Very sneaky. I paid for postage and packaging as advertised for a free coin. Which is a lovely coin. Service was great. The not so great bit is they somehow signed me in to a subscription that I did not agree to, or I would not have bothered. Thankfully they tried to take the £28.98! (Inc postage) from my internet banking card with zero funds. So I managed to cancel the subscription I did not set up. Very crafty!! Will not use again incase I get suckered in to another subscription. Be careful before purchase and be sure to read the nano print or invisible ink somewhere on the page.

My query was dealt with promptly and professionally. It was explained the type of coin I'd have received to make up the collection. This helped immensely and resolved my query.

Ended up in a subscription even though I bought one item only, so I’ve been charged for something I don’t want.
As per other reviews, this seems to be a thing they do, not making anything clear. Very very sus.
