Congratulation to WEMOTO on delivering an outstanding high level of customer satisfaction.
Just ordered a couple of copper washers for a brake hose and I feel I must commend the efforts and high level of service I received from WEMOTO. I placed the order on the Friday at 1pm and it arrived pronto next morning on my doorstep at 9am and this was with free p&p for two 70p copper washers.
All you other company's look out this is what a customer expects.
Congratulations WEMOTO you nailed it and you will be seeing a lot more orders from me, keep up the good work.

Poor Service
Hi fellow bikers .
I have read your reviews and to be honest my review is a little different .
Placed an order with Wemoto wait 5 days and still do not receive a confirmation day or time the delivery is arriving .
left a review as my bike is on the ramps and I was sick of waiting for the parts , however I got a call from wemoto asking what was my beef and after I told them the guy on the phone simply said " ok lets call it quits when the delivery arrives" basically saying don't use us again if your not going to give good review .
if this is good customer service then I must be doing something wrong and you lot are doing something right .

Your order was placed on our website on Friday the 9th of April at 18:29, outside of our working hours.
The goods have been dispatched on Monday the 12th via Fedex.
The Fedex tracking number shows that the goods will be delivered to you today (Tuesday the 13th) before end of day,
2 working days from the time of order. You should have received an email with the tracking number on Monday when the parcel was dispatched.
The reason we contacted you was to understand why on Monday morning you left a review on Google saying that you were not satisfied with our services as we only had just come back to work and your order had come late on Friday. We wished to try and understand the nature of the problem and rectify any problem you had experienced.
We feel your review does not represent the level of service we have provided to you.

I ordered a chain and sprocket set for my GSXR 750 on Wednesday lunchtime. I got told it would be two to three working days. It arrived 18 hours after I ordered it. I couldnt have been happier. Absolutely fantastic company. Will never order parts from any other site. Amazing and thank you. TOP MARKS

Brilliant service.
I had to reorder some wheel bearings due to order from another company on ebay failing to arrive,even after a week.
I ordered again from Wemoto,the parts arrived next day.

Great website, decent prices, fast and cheap shipping
Excellent all-round service from wemoto has compelled me to leave a positive review here. They are quick to answer the phone and very quick to fulfil orders (based on 4 small orders I have placed in the past 2 months). Prices are ok, cheaper than OEM parts and for good quality parts. Their website is very helpful. Order processing and shipping are impecable.
