No complaints, easy book in and drop off process, hire car for the duration of the repair and I had my car back in 9 days. The repair was good, everyone had commented on how well it has been done. The only comment I would make to improve on customer service would be to maybe have a bit of communication about an estimate of how long the repair might take. I had a text to tell me to book in when I was going to collect my car once it was completed, but it would have been helpful to have an idea ahead of time to plan.

The repair itself seemed fine and communication regarding arrangements was fine (when communicating directly with OC Motor Repairs and not my insurance company). However, the interior, which was previously spotless, came back in a mess. It had apparently been cleaned in a half-hearted manner leaving the plastic trim/dash and windows smeared, and the leather seats marked. I came home and spent two hours cleaning it and it’s still not back to how it was before it went in for the repair.

They were brilliant, they picked my car up and drop a loan car to my house
They did the work in under a week and it’s perfect

Car damaged in garage, needing to be repaired again. Not all work carried out. Car key bent!
Arranged to take car back to be repaired. Drove to garage but no courtesy car arranged so had to return with my own car.

Fast and efficient service, I was kept updated on work done and Vehicle came back fixed and valeted.

The repairs are good. The problem is communication with the insurers which was almost impossible.
The courtesy car was not of the same quality as mine, which wouldn’t have mattered except I could not get my mothers walker, a disability aid, in the courtesy car.

The OC motors team, are professional, and highly qualified staff, they really took time bringing my car back to its original shape and colour. No rush job.

My car arrived back clean inside as well outside, looking shinny and brand new again, I am really happy and satisfied.

The car was returned to me but obviously didn’t have an OUT inspection completed.
I had some work carried on the rear of the vehicle but the rear camera hadn’t been checked, as the power cable wasn’t inserted and the camera was offline. It was easier for me to complete the repair, rather than send the vehicle back to the Teeside branch

Job well done, just minor lack of information on a time the job would be finished. Also a potential ambiguity about who was responsable for the accident and no clarity on how this issue has developed.

Really good communication. My car was picked up and returned from home at a time that suited me . Excellent repair and car returned in a pristine condition.

The repair was made in just a few days. I was issued with a courtesy car for the duration of the work. When I collected my car it looked as good as new and it had been cleaned and thoroughly valeted internally. It looks wonderful.

Car was collected, repaired and dropped off. The repair was perfect so for that 5 star. Noticed a dent on the wing that wasn’t there. The person that picked the car up marked all existing small scratches dents etc, this one wasn’t there. Not a problem these things happen. I emailed and they got back saying that my email has gone to complaints department. I have sent four emails, no one gets back to you, I had to call and even then the phone keeps hanging up. Still waiting. It’s a shame as the service up to this point was excellent, after service seems to be non existent.
