Good quality natural products
The products are good quality and my favourite is the coconut oil which I use for my skin, hair and cooking. The coconut water is very refreshing even if not chilled.

Don’t Even Bother With This Company
For the last two months my subscription hasn’t been processed due to an inventory problem at their end. What a load of baloney! Don’t fall for their money off subscription offer. It’s all a con.

Proactive and helpful customer service
I bought a bad batch of coconut water from ASDA and upon emailing VitaCoco they were very helpful in resolving this issue for me and replacing the bad batch I received and I'm happy to say the replacement coconut water is excellent as usual.

Product is perfect but delivery time…
Product is perfect but delivery time was too long and there was no estimate at the time of purchase as to how long it will take to arrive. Website said next day delivery but took about a week to arrive. However product itself is great.

Most of them are leaking when I shake before opening the lid. I am a regular customer and love this drink.

I had bought a pack of 6 x 1lt of Vita Coco coconut water and unfortunately one of them was a bit discoloured. I emailed the company customer care and within a day they replied acknowledging my concerns and explained what May have caused the discolouration. I was extremely satisfied with their response and additionally overjoyed as they sent me a complimentary pack (6 x 1lt) with a couple of days as a goodwill gesture - now that’s what I call “exceptional customer service!) and restored my confidence!! Thank you Vita Coco!
