Quick purchase, quick delivery—but with no prior notification. Things started to go wrong when part of the order was missing. I was told that it had initially been sent to the wrong address. When I asked for a refund for the missing items, they didn't know the cost and were waiting for information from their supplier (why should that be my concern, given that I bought from *them*?). Since then—silence. It’s been two weeks, and I still don't have the items or my money back. They don’t answer my calls or reply to my emails. I do not recommend them!

Refund is a complete rip off
The purchase was smooth and fine but when I needed to return this part (not used and not needed), a circus started. For two weeks I was writing to them without responses or replies that they will come back to me because they need to contact their supplier (why would I care about their supplier if I bought from them directly). Then they said that there is a 20% (!) restocking fee and I need to cover the postage. They sent me a postage sticker (£3.04) then charged me £8.50 and also added tax to this return (???). As a result I got back 60% of what I have paid. Complete rip off and it took 3 weeks.

Why lie
I think if you advertise a product you should have it in stock and not allow customers to buy it and then tell them oh it’s not in stock bad news of you are in a rush and have to then pay twice somewhere else
And reading further reviews it seems im on a battle now to even get a refund

We were only made aware that our supplier had ran out of stock today, all customers have been notified via email.
The product listings have also been updated to reflect the current lead time.
Your refund has also been processed, notification was sent to the email address which the order was placed with.

Great price for a water conditioner for hard water
I live in a very hard water area and needed a new water conditioner to replace my current product, which is some years old. Kings Plumbing had the product that I wanted a great price, Inta ActivFlo+ Water Conditioner. Ordering them delivery was super easy. I’m very happy with the product although it’s not been fitted yet.
