I need electrolytes for medical reasons. Coconut water is rich in them. I often run low, or even run out. A simple email to Arch resolves the situation. Raisa was also very helpful. I have recommended Vitacoco to several people in my situation.

Always bought from supermarket and saw that Vitacoco had a better price cor bulk buy. Set up monthly coconut water.

Amazing customer service. Been purchasing for many years and the odd time I felt the quality changed, so contacted customer service who were very efficient and arranged a replacement for 1 of my order. I will continue to be using only Vitacoco coconut water as it tastes so fresh!

Nothing wrong with company or their product, infact I wish I could order more often except for they used Evri for my parcel deliveries which made my life hell and the whole experience stressful. 3 stars is only to do with the selection of delivery company. Out of 2 received, 1 parcel that had 1 carton damaged so did not want to drink it but other 11 were OK. 2nd never arrived, but I must say Vita coco customer service was good they did their level best to resolve the issue.
The product itself, "cocowater", is perfectly refreshing, I prefer it over most brand of "so called fresh juices" and works out cheaper than super market when you buy from the website directly.

Two bottles were selected open and I raised this with customer support. I did not got any resolution from them on this matter.

Vita Coconut Water was honestly one of the worst drinks I’ve ever seen. My friend tried it and nearly vomited because the taste was so off-putting and fake. It wasn’t refreshing at all—more like watered down with a weird chemical aftertaste that made us both want to spit it out immediately. The packaging made it seem like a healthy, natural drink, but it felt anything but natural. For something that’s supposed to be hydrating, it just left us feeling sick and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, especially if you don’t want to risk feeling nauseous like my friend did.

My wife just bought a product from you & I promise this coco water is bland. It tasted like half water. Coconut water is very tasty only if there’s no other mix to it. No one can tell me how a coconut water taste like because I used to drink coconut water everyday. Just my thought. Keep trying.
