Dress was not as described at all, colour was very different and sizing was very poor, I am a standard size 12 and it was too small on the top and far too big at the skirt. A very disappointing purchase so it was returned

Sorry to hear that this particular style did not fit you, when taking into account the incredible variation in womens shapes and proportions sadly it is an impossible task to ensure a perfect fit on a style especially when considering different factory tolerances and materials used in production. We do provide as much information as we can from the composition to fitting tips where possible to assist.
I have passed this on to our team to check the description matches the item which in this case, they cannot see which part does not match, the colour can vary due to lighting and screen display you are viewing it on, which is beyond our control. A dress I ordered was no longer available after I'd paid for it, the others arrived and one was too small and the other way too big but they were the same size 🙈 first and most likely last purchase from here which is a shame.

As explained in our email to you, we have systems in place to prevent an item being available that isn't in stock however during extremely busy periods or due to human error at stock entry on rare occasions, it can happen despite our best efforts, and we refunded you immediately for the dress that was not available. As for the other items and the sizing issue, I will pass on this feedback to the relevant teams. In the case of your order, both of these items were from different brands, and unfortunately, sizing can sometimes differ from brand to brand, upon customer feedback or if we are aware, we will always make a note of the sizing on the product pages.
