Very impressed with my purchases from Vestry. Ordering was straightforward and being able to use Klarna made it more affordable for me. I qualified for free next day delivery and was able to collect from a convenient place near work. Usually when I buy online, I end up returning some/all of the items but not from Vestry! The dresses were true to size, good quality material and fit me well. I can’t wait to wear them!

The dress I bought arrived quickly
The dress I bought arrived quickly, was good quality and fit well. I bought it at a sale price of £5 (plus postage) which is excellent value. Though I don't think I would have bought it at it's original price of £45, as while seeming quite sturdy and good value, I don't think it consists of enough material or is unusual enough to be worth that amount.

Order came quickly and the dress I ordered was perfect . I had a problem whilst ordering as the discount code they offered for first time orders didn’t apply . I ordered the dress anyway and complained the customer service about not having been able to apply the discount and they acknowledged the issue And credited my account with the missing 10% . Sometimes these go wrong but good customer service is about how retailers correct things !!
