Bought a hydraulic lifter for my ride…

Bought a hydraulic lifter for my ride on mower but received a pair of pruning shears. Asked for a resend of the correct product or a refund and they replied they weren't in a position to provide either. Upon further review of the company I found multiple complaints the same as mine. Stay away from this company at all costs. Scammers!!

I ordered what seemed to be a fair deal…

I ordered what seemed to be a fair deal if they were actually having a batch made in China. They answered my request for a tracking number saying once items are sent i would receive it. That the items were in production at that time (makes sense). After the stated time i got the tracking number and tracked the shipment. I did receive a shipment but turns out I got nothing I expected. Good thing I used PayPal for payment, because I was refunded in totality the same day. No need to deal with frustration of returns and hope for refund by Velstry/veltry or whatever to go by today...

I bought a coat from Vestire. It is not the size l ordered. They answered my first email and said they would sort the problem. Since then I have emailed them several times without reply.

Are they still around?

I think the site is not taking any orders or if it does, you should investigate a bit more whats happening.
I ordered from them in 2019 and the dress was really nice. I had to return the 2nd dress and I didnt have any issue with the refund. So 5stars for that.
But now, I see that they still have on site banners and offers for Xmas. So something is off. No fb page, no insta. I wanted to order again a sequin dress, but seeing all these, i will just look into some other sites.

Sent returns back and got no refund

Sent returns back and got no refund. Cannot make contact with the company on any platform. Emails to the support email are bouncing. Websites not found, etc. An absolute disgrace, robbing people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company

Returned item back in October. I’ve been trying to get in touch since on all platforms then they block you! I had proof of delivery back to their warehouse but it was never refunded. I had to claim through PayPal in the end. AVOID !!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I wish I had read the reviews on here before making the mistake of ordering from Vestry. I ordered four dresses for my Wife in November. After trying them on, she kept one, and the other three were returned. Vestry have received the returned items but, almost a month later, I have not received a refund. I have contacted Vestry, but have not received a response. I have now raised the issue with PayPal and, to date, Vestry have not responded to them either. Having paid via PayPal, I'm confident that I will be refunded by them, but I really shouldn't have been left with no option other than to refer the matter to PayPal. Take my advice...Avoid Vestry like the plague.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!
Returned my order in November, they have received it, still awaiting my refund.
Tried contacting them on all forms of social media only to be blocked. Only received tickets via email from a robot.

No refund

I bought 2 dresses on 31/10, I returned the dresses on 02/11 and they were received back to vestry on the 07/11. I have not received a refund. I have raised multiple tickets and have not been contacted. I have raised 2 complaints and have not been contacted. It’s now 20/12 and I have not received a refund or heard from anyone.
Don’t buy from this website, scammers!

No refund processed!!

I bought a dress in November which was badly fitting so I returned the same day it arrived. I received an acknowledgement that they had received the item back but to date I have still not received a refund. I have raised seven tickets requesting that someone get back to me but no one ever has. Don't use them.

* update Going into liquidation

Very disappointed with this company I have used them before with no issue however in this occasion I returned the item and was emailed to say I would receive my refund within 3/5 working days however after at least 5 further emails I have still not received any further correspondence from vestry or my refund would no recommend at all

*update received a letter today to say they were going to liquidation

Refund

I ordered a dress from this place in November, I have returned it and know it has got to them as I have tracked it. I have emailed them and messaged them on numerous occasions through their live chat just to be given 'a ticket' and no one reply to me. If no one gets in touch I will be going to trading standards.

No refund received

Returned an item and got an email to say received and expect up to 5 days for refund on the 21st November , the money never came back into my account weeks later so emailed the help address multiple times with no response and no response from online chat bot and can never speak to a human, awful customer service and am now getting my bank to recover my refund as I can’t speak to anyone , not the way to run a business!
