Total scam, no product, no refund
I ordered strings of fairy lights in September. Now, more than three months later, I have not received them nor the requested refund. I have contacted this company repeatedly and have had no response.
This is a scam. Don't waste your time or money with them.

There is little that's "USA" about this business: They ship their seeds from China in unmarked bags, it takes over five weeks, and they never respond to emails.
Here is exactly what happened:
1. Ordered seeds for flowers over five weeks ago from the website, then got an email saying delivery could be five weeks because they're from China. This is not indicated on the website, unless it's in some corner somewhere. I wrote customer service immediately to cancel my order and no one returned the email. Why would anyone buy seeds from China that are available here for the same price? Why would anyone wait five weeks? It makes no logical sense.
2. I emailed two more times over a few weeks to check on the progress of the shipping since no one responded to my other email. No response. The shipping tracking number indicated that it left Wuhan, China a week or so after I ordered it...then nothing.
3. Finally got the seeds today. Yes, they're from China. They came in totally unmarked clear bags so I have no idea what they actually are (I ordered different types of seeds, so I don't know which is which) and there aren't any description or recommendation on how to plant/care/etc. like you get with seed packets you buy here. Why would I want to plant them given these things?
This goes down as the worst shopping experience I've had, and they won't even respond to any emails for a refund (yes, I checked spam). Was a waste of money that I should be refunded. I recommend not using this company.
