Beware!!! Not an american company. Based in China, they will ship you seeds of god knows what that never germinate.

They list there company in California. And order is coming from China. Fraudulant. Do not order!! The phone # they text me from does not work! They have the company name as USA! Should be called China Garden Center!!! Also reported to BBB. They should be put out of business. Using our country to scam ppl!!! SHAMEFUL!!

If I could rate this company a zero I would! It took nearly three weeks for my giant hombre hibiscus seeds to come. I was notified that my product had passed through customs! The company is supposed to be in Florida!!! Don’t waste your time or money with this SCAM of a company!!!

Sent seeds in unmarked cellophane packages-they were supposed to come with special fertilizer-only got one packet and not three as indicated. Have been emailing to get the 2 missing packets & they have been emailing me back under another company name (Premier Trust Store) with an address located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We have been going back and forth for almost a month now with no resolution in site. They want you to give up. An idea to get your money back is, if you used a credit card company that will reverse charges for "bad" purchases go that route. Only thing is with the credit card company, you must give proof that you have been corresponding with the seller with not getting any results solving the issue & it has to be done in a timely fashion-not months later. Try & get your money back.
Not sending copy of this review to USA Garden-I have emailed to them plenty and enough is enough. They know how I feel about them & their items sent.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Didn’t receive my order. No response from the company. It is clearly a fraudulent company.

I bought two bags of seeds from them, and nothing ever sprouted. I bought solar string lights from them and they never arrived. Despite the name, it all comes - or never comes - from China.

Worst company to deal with. There company is listed as "California" however nothing is there. Fake address. Everything is shipped for overseas.
I order petunias and got a bag of gold fish food.

Warning: this is a scam business. I have submitted complaints to BBB and FTC. The company name is misleading called USA garden center, but it’s a shady company from China. They sent me a bogus tracking number, the contact info is bogus as well. After a month I received a package of dead seeds. Nothing germinated!! Buyer beware!!

Product was not what it was to be. I am an experienced gardener and the seeds did not germinate and the one that did was not what it was supposed to be. And as others mentioned they were sent from China. Won't be back.

I only clicked on 1 Star because I had to click something. Seeds took 3 months+ to arrive. Planted them over and over (starting them indoors) Could NOT get ONE seed to grow out of 6 different varieties of seeds! They should not be allowed online, to sell, show these beautiful pictures of flowers or be legally allowed. Reporting to the BBB. Just Terrible

Saw the reviews and immediately contacted my bank to dispute the charge. The bank gave me a phone number to Canada even though they claim to be a USA company in California. Total scam.

After looking at reviews, I went back and I noticed they have plants misnamed or named as “green rosemary.” That’s not a variety of rosemary… Hopefully they will cancel my order immediately as my bank has already been made aware of all the “issues” with this company.

A complete scam by a Chinese company. Wish I saw the reviews ahead of time. Complete waste of money. Took forever to arrive from China. Seeds never germinated (after reading other reviews probably glad they didn't). They included fish food for some reason that went right in the trash.

Ordered Red Pentas Lanceolata Flower seeds. I did receive two small baggies of seeds saying they were such by a slip of paper stating "Dear friend, you can know the name of each seed by the number on the seed package with this card information". I have no idea what this meant. I also received 2 small packs of aquarium fish food, all with some type of Asian language. ?????? I never ordered any fish food. So I looked up Pentas seeds and whatever these seeds they sent me are larger than what Pentas seeds are. So I planted a couple and I shall see what they are.

This is not a US based company even though they show a Fresno, CA address. I made a mistake by ordering twice from them. One tracking number shows seeds are in China. The 2nd tracking number is in Italian. That doesn’t help me one iota. It shouldn’t take 6 weeks to even get a tracking number. Don’t order from this company.

I really hate when companies use badly photoshopped images to sell seeds that do not exist.
It especially irritates me when they steal photos from my Flickr account and use them to sell seeds that are not even in the same genus. This company is very dishonest! Please don't order from them. There are plenty of reputable seed companies. These people take advantage of inexperienced gardeners. I hope they go out of business or are shut down.

This company has no phone number for customer service. Despite the USA in the name, the "tracking number" takes you to a Chinese shipping company. It's been 7 days since my ordeshipped "and there is still no record of the number. They have not responded to my emails. Shane on me for not checking on Trustpilot BEFORE ordering! Also, the Better Business Bureau has complaints against them.

Don’t waste your money with them. The seeds come from china and they don’t grow. I spent $60.00 on seeds and not one grew. I got seeds elsewhere in 10 days I had seedlings.

Nothing is locally sourced, everything I bought is from China. This is as far from an American company as you can get. All packages have taken nearly 30 days to arrive from China. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I ordered $43 worth of flower seeds and they arrived in little plastic bags like small time drug dealers use. There were no directions like zones, how deep to plant, when to plant, how tall they grow or how long they take to grow. Nothing! My order was presented to me like a first grader had fulfilled my order. I emailed them, asking to return the seeds, but received no response. Yet, they continue to regularly send emails to me. I would never again order from USA Garden! Right now, I am researching the seeds I bought to find out what to do and I ran across this site.
