Waited for ever and they doubled the cost and did not send the agreed upon seeds just a small pack of fertilizer SCAM based in china

This whole thing is a scam….going through my bank for an investigation & get my money back…..
Never received anything & they r not a USA garden center…in china!!!!

I ordered some lotus seeds. I made 2 different orders in early May 2025 as of 6/23/2025, I have not received any shipping updates or the items I purchased.

On June 3rd2025 I spent $123 on a variety of seeds that I have yet to receive. I communicated via email to the company for a status update last week and received two responds from the company only informing that it is on its way and providing the tracking information. Additionally, they informed of their standard shipping and processing time. But what they informed via email isn't even matching the information regarding their processes on the website itself. Also, I paid for expedited shipping. STARTING today the website is no longer accessible. And I highly think that they are associated with the American Seed Store which too, as of today, no longer has an operating website. In the websites place, a link populates saying "coming soon" for both of these companies. Today I have only just started to look into others reviews. I will make sure to call my credit card company and make a fraud complaint.

Almost one month, still haven't receive my order. For the love of GOD stay away from this company

ZERO STARS. Run as fast away as you can. They promised delivery repeatedly but it never arrived. It has been a full month now of empty promises.

This is a Chinese company that deals in fraud. You do get some seeds, but they are not as pictured. I guess it’s a good gig since they don’t cost much so why bother to pursue it?

the sapphire grape seeds they sell are not viable, they won't sprout or grow, this is a total rip off. I have left the seeds to sprout for over 60 days and not one sprouted. DO NOT waste your time and money on this company, total scammers!!!

Apparently USA Garden Center is using AI generated Images to sales fake seeds online.
When one buys, they refused to mail out the fake product and keep on sending discounted offers. I bought many different SEEDS, I received a package very late and none of the SEEDS Sprout

I ordered from them and have not received them. I emailed them with no response back. Do not ever buy from them. I also noticed in some of their emails signs they used the same ones as usa seed village. I guess they wanted to look better. I looked them up and saw how bad their rating was I went thru my credit card and cancelled their charges on other orders I placed.

I ordered self watering glass birds. After nearly a month of waiting, I received plastic watering birds. When I first contacted the company to get a return, I got an automatic reply email that did not address my concerns. I wrote a second email and was told I could get 20% of the purchase as a refund or a gift certificate or I could mail the plastic birds back to China at my expense. This is not a reputable company. Don't buy anything.

Their ad is very misleading you think you're getting trees. Instead you get seeds and no instructions how to grow the seeds and way too expensive for a few seeds.
I recommend every one not to fall for their ad thinking getting trees.

Ordered seeds and plant from this company and was processed thru PayPal. Never received any confirmation from the company, but I was charged similar amounts thru MyComfyPajamas a store I had never heard of. Repeated requests to both company only got message that the parcel was delivered...not what was delivered. Finally a company called Premier Trust Store after giving me the same answer got me a copy of the order. As I had ordered many different things from various sources, I affirmed I had received the merchandise. I do not understand all the subtrafuge and can only suspect dishonesty. The product has yet to germinate, but as a gardener I can live with crop failure. I can't live with run a rounds however!

This company is located in Canada and ships from China. When I received a package from China I had no idea what it was but it was not what I ordered. They offered me 20% of my money back.

Canceled order. They sent it anyway. Scam artists at the highest level.

Would give them negative if I could. Package never received. Do not use this website. Really bad. Never responded to my emails or texts until I contacted PAY PAL. Just don’t use these people. FRAUD all the way.

If I can give them no stars I would I've paid more for the shipping than I did for the actual product and I never received it and they won't do anything about it they said that it was delivered but it never was do not trust this place at all I will make sure the FBI takes care of them I've already contacted them and they already have them in their sights they told them they are taking care of them right now

Like other unhappy consumers I too was scammed by this company operating as if they were a U.S. company. Unfortunately its located in China and not the United States at all. A good lesson to check reviews before purchasing from a dubious Chinese company selling crap.
