I love this brand so much I still have a few pieces from years ago and still look fabulous to this day keep up the excellent clothes

Product was exactly as expected. Delivery was earlier than expected and packaged well

The drop crotch on the joggers, not the same as online picture. In fact they're just normal joggers. I previously shopped a lot with Unconditional, I still have some joggers from previous purchases. I compared the drop, at least 4 inch difference. Couldn't be bothered to return.

The item order was despatched quickly unfortunately arrived broken the packing and presentation was first class. Sent photos of my broken item had an immediate response replacement sent out first working day. Hopefully the transporting won’t harm the replacement. Proper service from Unconditional.

My order was dispatched quickly and arrived beautifully parcelled. The quality of the jacket and shorts are outstanding. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I am a little heart broken that an item from my order which was in the sale had sold out already. However, they let me know and refunded me immediately. I would have added something else if given the opportunity.

Given the past reviews I had read, I was a bit hesitant to purchase anything from this company. My personal experience however has been very positive and their customer service team has been very responsive in helping me out with an issue I had regarding one of the items I bought from them.

Apart from that and perhaps more importantly: the quality of the fabric, cut, and finishing are amazing. I’m absolutely in love with everything I got and recommend to my friends!
