Terrible company and terrible service // My true rating is -5 stars
In December 2019, I ordered a custom-made piece of clothing and paid for it, but never received it. I did not receive a useful response for years. Apparently, the company went through a reorganisation after the owner died. They promised to give me in-store credit if I removed my feedback from Trustpilot, but they never did. This happened about 2 months ago. I feel the need to tell everyone about my bad experience with them. One star is far too generous; -5 stars would be more appropriate.

My order is still stuck in customs
My order is still stuck in customs, here in Portugal. I have to pay €95 on top.
It would be good if (1) you'd enter a package value below €150 when shipping to Europe, so this instance could be avoided, and (2), the customs clearance possibility would be mentioned on the site on the checkout.

I like Unconditional clothing. I ordered a T-shirt which was out of stock in my size. I was contacted and offered a similar T-shirt in a suitable size. This has arrived and I'm happy with it, as I am with my beautiful designer shirt. My little collection of Unconditional continues to grow!
