In the distant past, Unconditional (online) never seemed particularly customer focussed. However, the new leadership is a breath of fresh air. The sizing and fabric quality are the same as years ago, while the sense of style never goes out of fashion. I liked Unconditional in the past... but I LOVE it now.

Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, but they were polite and very quick to respond. Thank you.

Shipping terrible. I paid extra £10 for next day delivery service by a courier company. I took day off work to be at home for it. The company incorrectly sent it royal mail, over 2 days. I noticed it, and complained. They refunded my £10, but not the point when I had taken a days leave. They offered free delivery on my next purchase over £10. Which I don't think I will be using. Product was acceptable, though packaging to be desired.

2 of 3 items were not available - without asking unconditional just send one item.

Could ask for other articles instead and could have sold another item.

I purchased a home decor item (small sculpture) that arrived broken. UK to United States. Quick response to my email and excellent customer service. They replaced my item and took extra special care in packing the new one. It arrived safely. Stephen is amazing! Will definitely shop Unconditional again.

Total scam (as of 2020)
Wow, amazed this company is still trading in 2024. I was outright scammed by them in 2019/20 - I ordered a jacket for £349 in July 2019 and they never sent it. Philip Stephens personally took part in the scam by inviting me to correspond with him over WhatsApp (suspicious), where he lead me on into 2020 with promises of shipping the item or a refund. He eventually stopped responding to me, I suspect because it had been more than six months since I paid for the item through PayPal, and I later found out that any claims of fraud/scam have to be made to PayPal within six months.

TOTAL SCAM (as of 2020, if the business is under new ownership or has otherwise ceased being a scam, then I would love a refund for order #18850)

I just placed an order for 7 items and only received 6 of the items. I have send them 2 emails and they have ignored my problem. They are thieves.
BE CAREFUL PLACING ORDERS WITH THEM. I am calling my bank to place a dispute.

Always wear unconditional but the return policy should be changed. The store is closed and how we will be sure about what we are ordering. Quality 4/5 price 4/5 return policy 0/5

After reading these comments, I'm feeling disheartened. I used to be a devoted fan of Unconditional and purchased numerous blazers, knits, tees, and jeans from them many years ago. I still wear those items today. It's saddening to witness their decline in recent times. I sincerely hope that Unconditional is still being operated by genuine individuals and hasn't transformed into a fraudulent enterprise.

Beautiful clothing, distinctive cuts and always great quality materials. Fantastic to see so many of the old classic pieces available once again from this brand and at affordable prices. Love the availability of ‘seconds’ and loyalty discounts. Thanks Unconditional!

I was attracted by their style. I had a look on their site and few stuff were nice, even if you cannot really see the model and material texture from pictures (quality of products). Prices are too exaggerate, even for sales are still expensive for the quality proven after. I give them 2 stars because they don't refund the money back (*for sale products, which I didn't knew) and they will give you store credit. By the time I sent the products back, no nice things left to order in size S for me; I was forced to buy just to do so.... disappointed! Another thing, similar products but size S was very different!
I will never order again from them!
