Worst product ever.
Also they charge every month my credit card with the same product without sending it

It is a scam! you will get a subscription and never get your products but every month they will deduct from your credit card!!

STAY AWAY!!!! DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A BIG SCAM. THEY SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFOMATION AUTOMATICALLY AND CHARGE YOU EVERY MONTH WITHOUT YOU ACTUALLY MAKING A PURCHASE. PLUS, THE PRODUCT IS USELESS.

I wish that I had read these reviews before buying. Somehow I got signed up for a subscription which I did not want. The product is not even good and then I got more!

With difficulty, I found an email I could write to to cancel subscription and start a refund. They say the product is money-back guaranteed, but this was their reply, “Also, we understand you would like to return your order. While returns are possible, I want to be transparent that the process can be time-consuming. It involves shipping the product back to us and waiting for it to be received and processed before a resolution is reached. Because of this, many of our customers find it simpler to keep the current order or share the product with friends or family.”

Buyer beware…. Don’t buy!!!

Another American product that automatically renews subscription after a month.
In my case I haven’t even begin to use it and the few times I have I find it is not worth it!!
I’m also no longer buying anything through facebook, as everything I have bought has been the same scam, automatically renewed
If it is mentioned in the publicity it is very well hidden!

Terrible, I never signed up for a subscription but they still continued to charge me. Asked to cancel multiple times but they kept just circling around my request. They then ended up charge me again.

As everybody else in the comments section is saying... this is a scam... they claim you signed up for a subscription and charge you again without your consentment and you complain about it they say you opted for a subscription which is a lie.

On top of that, the product itself makes your face looks very oily and it gave me terrible acne.

THIS IS A SCAM Never received the order, there is also a small button that it marked as default that you will receive the product every month . So I got charged for two month and never received any item.

The products are fake and nothing like what’s shown on the website. On top of that, they store your card details without consent and keep charging you, even making up purchases without any notice. It’s a disgusting scam.

Fraudulent practices. Stay away. As with other reviews here, they will charge you again out of the blue claiming you signed up for a sibscription when
1) you did not explicitly opt in to any subscription
2) no subscription or frequency was ever noted on the purchase confirmation
3) you did not give permission for them to store your credit card informatiom or create an account

They stop replying to emails once you complain. I'm pursuing a disputed charge with my bank and reporting them for consumer and GDPR violations. Stay away.

No idea if the product works, because I have received nothing so far (after 1 month+ from purchasing). Wouldn't be surprised if nothing ever arrives.

I have written to them several emails as I did not put in a subscription. I have been recharged and have another product coming out which I do not want. They do not communicate with you. I’m going to have to cancel my credit card. These people are not trustworthy. they sign you up without your permission. Their response is nonexisting.

Scam, sign you up for monthly subscription without your consent when you pay for a one-off purchase. So difficult to convince UK bank to pursue them but I will.

Don't buy to start with, but if you do then push your bank to Vitro & leave reviews of your experience where you can

I had a great experience with this brand and the product actually worked, it took some time but my crow's feet, fine lines, and hollow under eyes are much less noticeable. I feel more confident and happy

They are frauds. They scam your credit card after your purchase and keep charging you despite you NOT ORDERING again and again. Luckily my credit card company always texts me even for minor charges.
