Greed plain and simple
You offer me a renewal quote twice as much as when I cancelled and was then offered the same cover for half the price. Greed is a very ugly thing, especially in business at a time when petrol and food bills are a struggle for many. Shame on you as a business.

We understand how important affordability is, especially with rising everyday costs. Our pricing is based on a range of factors, but we never want customers to feel let down.
To reassure you, existing customers pay the same as new customers when the cover selected is on the same basis. After reviewing your cancelled policy, we can see that the levels of cover are not the same, which explains the difference in price.
