Easy to use website, and take out car insurance.
Easy to use website, so taking out car insurance was easy and at a competitive price. However you only get to find out how good an insurance company is if you are unfortunate enough to have to make a claim. Hopefully I won't need to put Lloyds to the test.

Smooth service and a reasonable premium.
Once we had decided that the increase in our existing home insurer's charges, for which they offered no explanation, was excessive, we were pleased with how easy and quick it was to be quoted a premium by Lloyds, which was reasonable and comprehensive. The booklets that were subsequently provided were well presented and thorough.
